My partner and I went despite the reviews, but unfortunately it wasn’t the best place. First we went on a Wednesday for the “12 dollars all you can bowl” deal which the staff said wasn’t a thing anymore (which shouldn’t be on the website still). Next most of the lanes were broken, and the screen and buttons are very old. Also, the floor wasn’t slippery in the lanes. Lastly, the bowling balls were most of the same sizes, especially for the holes. Other than all that it was kinda fun. Wish it was updated and cleaner.

Hard to see what all the 1 star people were complaining about. Do not let their ratings hinder you from going. I almost let them stop me and I regret it. It's definitely a hidden gem especially for the price. Definitely more laid back feel unlike splitz. House ball selection is ok. Could be better. Worth going

Alley is fine if it's your only option. Our group arrived at 6 with a Groupon for 2 hours, but because they closed at 8, we were only allowed 1.5 hours of bowling. The concessions were cash only. 3 pizzas and 8 drinks was 115$, and the pizzas were glorified cardboard. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The first lane we were on (Lane 15) was broken and giving us a spare on every frame. The second lane we were put on was better, but the bumpers fell down once and the pinsetter got stuck once.

We just had an amazing afternoon here with our 4 kids. Not only was it extremely affordable, it was sooo fun! Everything was very clean, staff was beyond wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We used to go to split but will be coming here from now on. Oh and the pizza was very yummy!!

Knocked on the door, store was open, Just ignoring us. I know the assistant heard us knocking on the door though. He had his back turned and was acting like he did not hear us. Please fix what time you close ig your not going to open the door.

I was trying to bowl on a Thursday here at 8 pm. They were having leagues, but half of the lanes were not being used. So we asked for a lane and found out half of the alleys lanes were broken. The place seems to be run down I would recommend splitz or bowlero in Ocala both places are kept well and will fix your ball if it's damaged during play.

So my boyfriend and I just came here and it was a whole 5 seconds. They close at 9pm like who does that on a Thursday... then they had 5 or more lanes down for not working... then as soon as the leagues are done they close. They don't give you a chance to bowl or anything. I wouldn't personally recommend it.

Had fun. Music was great. Yes, it is an older alley but lanes are in good shape. Our customer service was superb. Thanks Cindy. We chatted and found out she is from my home state across the water. Been bowling here off and on for years. Will continue to do do.

Myself and several others parties were in awe of your absolutely disgusting behavior how you and your family ganged up and berated one single employee, who kept her composure and was absolutely 100% professional as she calmly explained that she, nor the business, have any control over your Groupon discount, that only Groupon can settle any dispute you have. And to call racism is so very sad, as the wonderful employee you all took turns yelling at was of a minority herself. The part I was with made sure to tell her how amazing she was doing. We have visited this bowling alley a few times, and love the laid back atmosphere, the extremely friendly, and helpful staff, and the great deals we get. Thank you owners and staff of Alley Gatorz!
