I usually go to Ocala location but I was in Gainesville so I assume it to be the same...it was not my normal gyro and fries was sub par onion was very stringy and could barely eat it it was so dry little veggies on it...quite disappointed ? but not horrible

This is one of my favorite establishments in Gainesville. The food is made to order, the fries are always hot and seasoned, and the employees make sure your order is always right. The portion sizes are huge and they don't skimp on protein or fries. I highly recommend it!
Arguably best halal food in Gainesville. food smacksss, whether it’s wings, chicken tenders or their sandwiches they are always fresh and sauced up. The red velvet cake is scrumptious and their milkshake is bomb.

Service is always quick ,food is ALWAYS fresh ,clean environment, and good vibes , and servers are always nice and helpful .
Classic bait-n-switch scam. Online menu shows lunch combos are $8.99 drive through menu states $10.99 I was charged $12.99. No list or prices of sides on drive through menu but yet still up charging. On top of this food was boring, skimpy and barely edible. Never again.

My cousin and I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a chicken pub meal. The Philly cheesesteak was inedible due to its excessive spiciness. The customer service was terrible; after eating a quarter of our food, we asked for a refund, but our request was denied. The chicken pub meal was flavorless and disappointing. My cousin found hair on his fries, and the staff was unhelpful. When we asked for a refund, they barely accommodated us. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience here, especially considering the price I paid.

Went for the first time today, got the #1 gyro and a #19 tenders. The food came out hot and fresh, the fries weren't overly seasoned. But the real reason I'm writing a review is because the 2 lady's taking orders and handing out food were absolutely amazing. Its nice to go through a drive thru and receive such great customer service. Will definitely be back and I hope they are working again.

The staff and management were very unprofessional, they messed up my order where I was told to come back in and they would replace it but because I came 12 days later I was told they weren’t going to replace my food nor give me a refund. They swore up and down they remade me my food but I was told to bring the receipt when they replaced my food which I still had and tried giving it at the time of replacing my food, they couldn’t tell me which name was provided. The girl/cook whatever she is acted like she wanted to feel froggy and had the nastiest attitude in the world. And as the manager he could’ve handled a lot more professional I will NEVER go back here, very rude and unprofessional on so many levels!

The second time food was wrong again and the chicken wings were barely done, they were tough and again the cashier at the drive thru was rude. Last time for me. Atleast if you get the order wrong apologize. And let the wings stay down long enough to cook even if it is rush hour so you don't make people sick.

Generously portioned Greek salad with fresh ingredients, including a surprise side of potato salad that actually tastes quite good. If you add a side of meat, you'll have a dish you can share! Would suggest the carpet needs to go.
