We went to celebrate something for my brother. It was me him my significant other and my 6 year old son. What should have been a pleasant experience was absolutely ruined by the horrible waitress that we had. She tried to rush us when ordering, and when my brother wasn't ready she looked at him and said what not enough time? Clearly you're not ready and stormed off. She never came back to ask us how our food was and only came back to ask if we needed a drink after our food had been finished. She was completely rude and even my 6-year-old asked why she was being mean to Mommy...

The family and I went for lunch but we " to go" dinner. The lunch was excellent but my to go order was not as requested or asked for. I asked for Medium well steak and I ended up getting burnt steak smh!! I'm not happy! I can't even eat this. It's tough and Burnt!! I hope the manager sees this and does something about this. This means no dinner for me after I paid and even tipped good. Next time I will check my food while there.. we try to trust but I guess we can't even do that anymore!!!

There were 3 tables in the restaurant, a man and a couple sitting at the bar but we stood at the front of the store for 20 minutes waiting to place a take out order after having asked for someone twice. Never had an issue when we sit down at a table but standing there for 20 minutes is downright ridiculous saw the bartender, the host, as well as 4 other servers walking around, one of which was cleaning who went to go get the take out server after I had asked the second time, the bartender was talking to his customers but at one point put a menu away in front of us and didn't say a word after having seen us standing there for over 10 minutes at that point. Yes we could have placed the order online but we were already across the street when we decided to get take out. But also, you can customize your food a tad bit more when you're talking to someone vs ordering online.

Service was fine... Our food experience is less about this location and more about Applebee's in general. The menu is uninspiring and dated, worse is the food quality seems much lower in recent years visits, almost like microwave food... Seems generic, plain and mass produced. The entire menu, from selection, preparation, ingredients, portion sizes and presentation needs reworked by corporate. 2 for whatever deals won't address the customers satisfaction with the underlying product. In completive markets Applebee's needs to do better.
