I came in to arbys with my daughters this evening on a normal weekday night. I was greeted right away and also greeted my children as well bring smiles to their faces. We ordered are food and it was fast and accurate and even brought out to our table. Robert continued to check on us to see if everything was good or we needed anything. He was also very busy up front and still had time to check on us and everyone in the lobby. I've never experienced such good customer service especially at a fast food place. He really stood out and I will for now on choose this arbys to come too. Even over mcdonalds and most fast food restaurants. Give that man a raise you don't see that everyday!

My husband picked up our order. His order was...Beef gyro and a ham and cheese with American cheese and fries. There were no fries, and this was I think a chicken gyro. Made with very stinky chicken and lots of spices. The ham and cheese was ok, but no fries for the grandchild. And the chicken was i think bad with too much spice. We threw it away. I tried to call, but a man answered and said he couldn't hear me and hung up. We idi this again from another phone. It just rang and rang. Very disappointed. Thought you should know. $15.30 WAS SPENT AT APOROX 5:20. And there was no receipt.

People are worried about taking breaks and not helping customers, i am a secret shopper and they didn't care.

Waited 15 mins or more for our food. Heard the girl in the back ask for my sandwich at least 5 times. Finally get our food and leave. Check the bag and not everything was in there. Definitely won’t be eating here again.

You know, it's Arby's. I'm not looking for a white glove culinary experience here. This location, in particular, is a pain in the behind. There's always far too long of a wait when doing take out. The drive through line usually gets my order wrong. The staff on the inside is always running around like they're lost. I don't drop in as often as I could ( I have a strange affection for Arby's curly fries) because this location is just so incredibly inconvenient.

This is a decent Arby's to stop in. There is a somewhat off-putting, old, somewhat rancid oil smell when you walk in, but it must be from some time in the past, because the food doesn't have an old oil taste or flavor at all.

Never ordered food at Arby's, the girl at the front counter very negative, she keep placing paper in the trays, never acknowledge me. I said hello, and with attitude she said Hello over and over refusing to take my order just keep saying Hello.

Pulled up to the door 9:46 locked. Pulled up to drive thru at 9:48. No answer. If you wanna close before 10 which your business says 10pm. I suggest changing the time to 9:30. Very unprofessional.

We like Arby’s and were looking forward to a meal there today (9-29-25). Unfortunately , the young lady taking our order obviously needs a different line of work. After several eye rolls and terse remarks I asked her why she had such an attitude. Her attitude did not improve so we left without ordering anything.
