The food was great however the cashier Tina was very rude!! It's clear she hates her job and the public.... Which is sad because the manager on duty was a sweet lady who really seemed to put forth effort..... The restraint floors were disgusting and sticky... You could hear it with every step..... We were yelled at for jot knowing the lemonade only came in small and large and not in medium.... It was just a horrible experience at Arby's and as people who commonly eat there we were extremely disappointed in the cashier and her behavior she is WAY too old to act that way!

Ordered a French dip with curly fries. I got crinkle fries and no au jus. This is not rocket science. Read the screen, put the correct item in the bag. Real simple.

This is the first time I have been to this Arby's and the last. When I went in, it took 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order (no one else was in the restaurant). I placed my order and asked for fresh fries. Fries were never put down so I asked for fresh fries to be dropped, but was ignored. Once my order was put in the bag, the person reached for a carton of fries that had been sitting under the light since I arrived. I asked the person to drop fresh fries and he did. As soon as the fresh fries were dropped, the 2 girls started talking about me where I could hear. The girl that took my order and refused to put down fresh fries had pink hair and huge eyelashes, she said she did not have a name but then said her name was Promise. This Arby's is run by girls that don't care for the restaurant or the customers. Beware!
Swing and a miss! This location was not very good and the food was cold by the time I received it. I wish the customer service was better. They did not seem to be happy that I chose their location. Too bad because I typically like their food!
