Arby's is usually great, but maybe this experience was just this location. It was the dinner hour, but they weren't that busy. They filled the orders of several customers who came in after me, plus they were busy with the drive through. It took about 20 minutes to get my fish and curly fries, by which time the fish was getting cold and was no longer at its peak. The curly fries were overcooked and hard to eat, so I didn't... The young man at the front counter was inexperienced, but was very nice. I'll do a different location next time.

I have not yet been inside this location, but the drive thru service was good this time. I have been to this location before and had a poor drive thru experience. The woman taking my order this time was very pleasant and nice, ( I think her name was Cat or Catherine ) unlike the young man that took my order the first time or two. Food was good.
Order the new fish combo, fish was dried out Ll around. Curly fries were ok.

We went through the drive through around 10pm. I don't know who was working the drive through, but their attitude was horrible. They kept asking us is that it? Even though I kept saying hold on. And there were only two other cars in line. There a little more to it as well. The rudeness and tone was not appreciative. We left and went to Archer road location where the service was the complete opposite and we had a great experience at the Archer road location.

One of the cooks put the wrong kind of fries in my order and when I let them know, the cook mouthed off to me and said to make up my blank mind and people need to quit changing their mind.
The food tests okay but too much sauce. Poor customer service.

We visited this location while on a road trip. We decided to try the new Arby's Wagyu burger, it was excellent!!! I did not expect that from Arby's, so was pleasantly surprised. Hadn't been to Arby's for a long time, didn't know they started offering crinkle cut fries, they were also really, really good! Some of these other fast food places that specialize in burgers may want to pay attention to what Arby's is doing.The Arby's location was easy to get to, drive-thru service was very friendly. Food was hot and fresh.

For some reason the last two times we ate at Arby's the sandwiches were out of this world.
It was a quick drive thru, and the food was good. In all the meal was good.
