Food was nasty today. Half cooked Bourbon chicken and orange chicken tasted bad. This was at 11:30

I just left here been that they not able to give me a refund after being rude nd looking all in my plates at the register over charging me and not explaining I met the manager before he’s nice but the manager on duty today 10/19 was rude to me being a student nd always coming for years never had this

I’ve gotten food from them on Monday & today is now Saturday.. they’ve charged my card everyday since Monday. When I was there Monday they told me the machine was down & I had to move to a different machine. The price went from $13 to $17 & it was because of “ sales tax”. So I waited & noticed they told the man behind me the same exact price. I then look at my receipt & see that I’ve been charged for stuff that I did not order!!!! I called corporate & can not get in touch with anyone. ASIAN CHAO IS A SCAM & they’re scamming people cards… I’ve eaten here maybe 3 times & food has always been good but because of this issue I will not be returning. The older man was very nice about the situation on Monday but everyone else was very rude.

I work here at the oaks and today I decided to eat here for lunch considering I had never had any issues before well today that changed Because I ordered the bbq pork chicken it TASTED AND SMELLED LIKE FISH and when I told the workers they all three looked at each other and smiled Bc they had known they were serving unsafe expired food to paying customers I will no longer be giving them my business

Located in the food court in Oaks Mall, I stopped here for lunch one day. For $15.10 (including tax) I got my choice of two entries and either fried rice or lo mein. I went with the bourbon chicken and Mongolian chicken (cost an extra $0.75) plus lo mein. The flavor was on point and the quantity was enough to have enough to save for dinner. Best food in town, very reasonable price for the food portion. The bourbon chickens is the best one.

We like eating here when we stop at the mall. Never leave hungry and always have extra to take home. The food is good. I love the garlic green beans. You do get charged extra for extra meat. Downside is the prices are getting high. For 4 of us it was 60.00 which is higher then our local Chinese restaurant. That has a lot more options to choose from then here.

I wish I could do no stars. Don’t ever eat here and pay with a card. They charged me double and claimed it was a “tip”. Working with my bank and the fraud department because that’s illegal.

I don't eat meat, so I was originally going to just order sides of the chow mein and vegetables. The manager suggested getting the plate with veggies, and I'm glad I did. I got plantains and green beans which were delicious. They were nice and helpful. Hopefully we can see more vegetarian options like tofu ?
