BakerBaker has great-tasting pastries for a good price. I have tried the scones and banana bread. The staff is also really nice. They do sell out quickly, so I recommend getting there early. I will recommend this place to anyone.

There are two bakery places in Gainesville that are just super amazing. One is Uppercrust, and the other one is here, BakerBaker. I've been here a couple of times before, but either the shop was closed (because all items were sold out) or only a few were left that I didn't want. Finally, today, during Summer semester (with less college students) on a weekday-Thursday at 7 am, we were able to purchase some items we want.
We had about 4 teams ahead when we arrived. All items were 3 dollars each. They all looked great. You can get some items warm, as they are displayed in a separate warming machine.
We bought pretzels (salted, cheese), and croissants (butter, chocolate, pecan). They all tasted soooooo good. Very soft and melting.
Plus, all staffs are super friendly and they seemed so happy. Such vibe also makes our morning with positive and happy mind, and enhances the tastes of the breads. From now on, I am going to be a big big supporter and spread out the words. This place is just amazing. I left many many Google reviews, but this one is one of my highlights.
Please, if you live in Gainesville but haven't tried it here yet, or if you are visiting this area, stop by and try it here. You will never regret. I highly strongly recommend this place. Come early in the morning, if not, they are probably all gone.

I have traveled all over the world, I’m from England so I know what a good bakery should be like. Baker Baker is the best bakery I’ve found! Prices are great too. Everything is made that day from scratch. Staff are wonderful and it’s very clean. The only bad thing is that because they are so good to sell out by 9am!!!!!!

Arrived at Baker Baker a little before 9am this past Saturday and they were already closed due to selling out. Not sure the volume that was baked, but if your posted hours are 7am-11am, I'm a little bothered that you'd sell out after being open for less than 2 hours. How about giving customers the option of placing and paying for orders online in advance.
Best bakery in town and even one of the best that I have visited.The only catch is you have to be there between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM EST ..Otherwise you will have to be disappointed.They make limited quantities and everything is fresh .Cannot go wrong with this place.The other trick is to order ahead of time or they have some pasties with the Opus Coffee .Best are the Strawberry Danish ,Cheese Danish ,Croissant, Chocolate cake/Brownie or the fruit cake .Must have incase you are in Gainesville.
