Our favorite place for Thai food in Gainesville. Always fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Service always good too. And the best part is they have two locations within Gainesville. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped by Bangkok Square for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! I got the lunch special Pad See Ew with tofu, and it came out hot, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The noodles and veggies had great texture, and the sauce had a nice slightly sweet flavor though I think it could’ve used just a touch more salt or chili oil to balance it out. Slightly oily overall, but not enough to be a dealbreaker.

I swapped the soup for double egg rolls and was glad I did since they were super crispy and satisfying. Service was fast even though it was fairly busy for lunch, and the pricing for the lunch special was great. I’d definitely come back for another lunch here!

Second time ordering take out from this place. Fresh rolls are yummy! Panang is great! Fried rice is also amazing!! We'll be back.

Ordered green curry and not sure what they brought out but it wasn't green curry. Tasty, but not authentic. Nice waitstaff. Not a recommended Thai place.

I really like this place. We ordered both in and take out. Selection is great. Very accommodating with spice levels. Generally just nice people. So so yummy.

My table was so dirty, my blouse stuck to the table!!!!! I told my waitress but she didn't seem to think it was a problem!!!

In Gainesville, Florida, if you're hungry for some Thai food, this place is awesome! The food is of high quality, service is friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. Highly recommend!

Not a Great First Impression

I was really hoping to like Bangkok Square, but unfortunately, my first visit will probably be my last. I ordered the Pad Thai, and the noodles were mushy and stuck together in a big glob with barely any sauce. I even asked for extra sauce but didn’t get it, and despite requesting no crushed peanuts, they were still there. And who puts cilantro on Pad Thai? The food just didn’t taste fresh, and overall, it felt like little care was put into the order. Definitely disappointed!

This was the friendliest staff I’ve experienced in a very long time. It’s genuine, and it makes the experience special. The Panang curry and drunken noodles were fantastic. I ended up coming two nights in a row. Support this place, you’ll be glad you did!

had some issues with the wait time and portion size. The owner/staff reached out apologizing and explaining the circumstances of that weekend, though they ultimately apologized and were very remorseful/courteous about the situation.

Got take out for a quick lunch-super fast and decent price. Very fresh and also a great portion. I was able to finish it and feel so happy and satisfied-Tofu Green Curry and they included a small spring roll. Glad I took food out-place was busy on a Thursday!
