Ordered a cake for a birthday was misinformed on how far in advance you needed to order and they never recieved the order anyway due to a "glitch" in the system, workers seemed to have no idea what they were doing and took forever to give a refund. Terrible service.
Slow-moving line but good food/drink product. Plentiful seating at this location as it is a shared building. There is an outdoor walk-up window which was an interesting feature I've never before seen at a DD.

Worst experience of my life. Employees refused to make anything from my order. They stated they didn't have anything. Then started yelling at me and calling me rude after I asked them why they accepted my mobile order in the first place. I will never go to another baskin robbins as long as I live. They should just close shop and go away.
