Ordered a cake for a birthday was misinformed on how far in advance you needed to order and they never recieved the order anyway due to a "glitch" in the system, workers seemed to have no idea what they were doing and took forever to give a refund. Terrible service.

this place sucks. visiting Gainesville with family and this place closes at 9. we drove 20 mins for ice cream because we love baskin robbins only to b told that this guy closes the ice cream part down an hour before closing. we were there 5 mins after 8. been to many baskin robbins and none do this. when asked to talk to manager was told hell he here at some point tomorrow. well were leaving tomorrow morning so i cant do that. very very unhappy with this right now.

VERY DISAPPOINTED I wanted a layered sundae and he said the manager didn't order enough material for it. So i asked for a WARM cookie sandwich and I wanted 2 Macadamia nut cookies. He told me the manager didn't order those either. (😡REALLY😡)Then I get my order and my WARM cookies were COLD AND HARD 😡 And my picture is not a cookie sandwich. I was going to get a refund but he said the "Computers were down" VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

I love Baskin-Robbins, but the ice cream I got the other day was SO icy that it was inedible. That means at some point it's melted (even slightly) and re-frozen. It was not the creamy, delicious ice cream that I'm used to at most Baskin-Robbins. Something is wrong with the temp in your freezer. :(
It closed very early and did not carry all 32 flavors of ice cream. I was disappointed.

I do like the staff. They are always friendly and calm, even during busy hours. My issue with this Baskin-Robbins is that they're ALWAYS out of stock. If I want a brownie sundae, it's always a hit-or-miss if they've got brownies. If I want fudge, it's not always there, but they do have chocolate syrup as a substitute. Their ice cream cups for sundaes do not have proper fitting lids. At first I thought these were just small, uncommon issues, but I go there randomly, never at the same time, and these issues still persist. All I can think is that whoever manages the store does not care enough to have this Baskin-Robbins organized. The ice cream is consistently tasty, and I'm never horribly dissatisfied, but it's odd to me that an ice cream shop is so ill prepared ALL THE TIME. In my hometown, no Baskin-Robbins ever had such issues with having everything in stock, *AND* the ice cream was cheaper too for all of that organization.
