Horrible service. Double charge for a cake, no one answers the phone, no one returns calls, left several messages and walked in and left another hand written message with staff for the manager. No call back until a bit after I contacted corporate. Waiting on someone to return my call to refund the extra cake, which wasn’t even made right so it’s not even edible. No customer should have to beg for a refund when they were double charged. Staff rolls their eyes at customers and seem miserable there. I hope the environment improves for staff and customers!

My people have never had Baskin-Robbins. Whaaat? So we went to the one on 13th at Dunkin Donut. James served us and was knowledgeable & friendly. The strawberry ? was delish. Big hunks of fresh fruit. I need to go back and get a real banana split. Real ice cream! Yeah. We had chocolate, vanilla & butter pecan. Now just a note...this location does not have all the flavors (31). There was enuf to please us. We will be back.

I was told my order of a single banana split was "too difficult" for the drive thru and that it would irritate employees... I couldn't believe my ears. Seriously?

They Are ALWAYS out of strawberry ice cream !!! You would think with the milkshake being almost 8.00 they would stay in stock i have had this problem for going on 2 years so it doesn't seem like they will ever care.

The people who work here are sorry. Any time my kid had ever wanted a sundae is always something. They have no ice cream they don't have hot fudge is always something. And the inside is super dirty. Customer service sucks too.
I probably won't be back. Many of the fixtures and equipment appeared broken or in need of maintenance.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Been here 5 times in over 3 months and the coolers are broken everytime. In the latest time they had no ice cream at all, and only had one lady working in there by herself. She also seemed miserable working there. Who ever owns the place needs to step it up.

Ice cream coolers are broken, literally the glad on top was broken. The cooler for juices didn't work, and they had no idea what a cappuccino was. I wanted 15 donut holes was told I had to buy 5 10 or 25......
