Baskin-Robbins

Very limited flavors available at the time I went. Bought a prepackaged quart since nothing sounded good but the ice cream tasted gritty and unpleasant. When I looked into this. I learned that the sugar was improperly mixed. I will not be going back.

Been several times to either find out they have no scooped ice cream or just a few flavors. Too many times disappointing the kids.

My milkshake was prepared well and tasted good.

Tried to come here three times in the last week and each time they have had the same thing of empty chocolate ice cream always say well we're almost out we don't have enough to make it maybe get some more from the back employees seem too lazy to want to serve ice cream

8:25pm. 1st order Can’t make a sundae the machine is turned off, 2nd order can't make a strawberry milkshake because they don't want bring out the strawberry ice cream. Leaving without being able to order. Employee yells out yes!!!

So disappointing. Store sign says it closes at 9:00. We pulled up at 8:40 excited to have family ice cream to celebrate a concert and were told that the ice cream part of the store was already closed.

The Baskin-Robbins app said they were open until 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. I went at 8:30, and the employee said, "We close the ice cream side at 8:30." I said, "The Baskin-Robbins app says it's open until 9:00 p.m." The employee said, "Sorry."That's totally lame.

I've gone in 6 times in the last 3 months during the middle of the day for a chocolate shake because it's close to work. I actually see the delivery truck show up in the morning and guess what? All six times they have been out of all ice cream. What a joke. And it's always dirty there and employees out back smoking cigarettes and pot.

How can a Baskin-Robbins not have mint chocolate chip? They’ve gone down hill since becoming entangled with Dunkin’.

They did not have any of the items listed on the menu. Total waste of the drive. Off to Publix.

Beyond friendly staff, accommodated my picky request, very efficient and fast!

Yikes. I realize I arrived in the drive through at 9:15 but it’s down the street ….so why not? I’m hoping the staff was just having a tough night because they were miserable and it shined through. Cone was old and tasted stale but the ice cream was good. The gal managing the drive through decided that I wanted them to keep my change and tossed it in the tip jar without asking….I would have said keep it but at least ask? To round out my experience ~ no have a good night, just a window closed. I have been a couple times due to convenience for coffee, bagel or a sweet treat and it’s always been just ok and I just figured they were short staffed but whew tonight. Hope things get better and you may want to fix the drive through microphone or hire someone that cares.

I've been ordering one thing, and one thing only, for 20 years: the Mochaccino Blast. This particular Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts in Gainesville, FL, has one of the weirdest drive-thru's, where you circle around the back of the building in a highly-unusual, concave manner.
