If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve never seen a business so perfectly run into the ground by its own owners. From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off — and not just the smell (which somehow managed to be a mix of sour milk and freezer burn). The owners hovered around like they were guarding state secrets instead of serving ice cream.
When I asked to sample a flavor, they glared at me like I’d just asked for a loan. Every question was met with an eye roll or a sigh so dramatic it could’ve been heard in the next county. They act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you pay for overpriced, freezer-burned scoops.
The worst part? They clearly don’t care about their employees or customers — just their precious cash register. I watched one worker get scolded for smiling “too much.” Who does that? It’s an ice cream shop, not a prison cafeteria.
I left without finishing my cone (which tasted like sadness and bad management). Honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. The owners need a crash course in basic human decency before they even think about running a business again.
Final verdict: Save yourself the trauma — go literally anywhere else for ice cream.

Whoever the Indian woman is fixing the ice cream should not be working there. I just left there and her attitude was so bad. She rolled her eyes every time my kids asked for something and was slamming things. They will never get my business again!

This Baskin Robbins is a lovely location. It is convenient to school and the workers are EXTREMELY personable and helpful. She was considerate of exactly how I wanted my milkshake and ensured I was satisfied before I paid. I would definitely come here again and will be back tomorrow!!
