This place only give me an option of placing a 1 star or 5 Star rating for being the best I wish I could give them million stars because they are the best in everything customer service there specialize coffee smoothie and teas and make the best danishes as well his girls that work here are always smiling happy and Great workers and clean and curtious the Owner is always polite and very professional...I give them a million stars rating for being the best.. Great quality and quantity they open at 630am Monday thru Friday and 8am Saturday and Sunday come on out and get the best have you a great coffee smoothie or tea with a Danish or muffin to top it off... your thank me every day for telling you about this place after you try it...... Coffee is fine- not great, but
Not awful. The man making drinks is incredibly mean. I asked if a drink was non-dairy and he was incredibly condescending and made a whole show of it. I guess as a sleep deprived parent of a child in the hospital who is visiting his shop for the first time that I should just know their system and use my psychic powers to be a better customer. This man also didn’t wash his hands once while I waited for my coffee (15 ish minutes) and was palming the lids that he put on each drink. There’s a great coffee shop at UF health in the mall across the street- definitely recommend that - or day old gas station coffee- over dealing with this man to get your caffeine fix.

They have great coffee, but the hours are literally whenever they feel like it. Barely can open on time and close early way too frequently. I’ve arrived 30 minutes before close just for them to be closed. Management needs to do better managing.

Amazing coffee the owner works there and is extremely rude ! The type of rude with a smile person…. Trust me if you are here for a loved one and you are emotionally bother at the moment do not go here ! He has no sympathy. The young lady at the register apologize to me profusely for his actions I couldn’t help to feel like she has to do this a lot

This place is amazing. My favorite is a caramel Frappuccino with an extra shot and added drizzle. I wish they had an ingredients list because my wife wants one but has allergies. According to the batista they don't carry an ingredients list.

There were bags of bagels and muffins sitting in the hall on shelves that looked like they had been discounted as if they old to me. I grabbed a couple of bags and went up to the counter and I got the impression that the owner thought I was a complete idiot for thinking that was a day old shelf. He seemed very frustrated with me for taking up too much of his time even after I’d mentioned not sleeping for two days and my husband upstairs with internal bleeding. Ordered an everything bagel with two cream cheese and he said back to me, “you want a plain bagel, right?” I said, “no please, an Everything Bagel please.” He was frustrated and said, “okay two everything bagels and one cream cheese?” I said, no thank you, just one everything bagel with two cream cheeses, please.” He said very frustrated, “ customer changed her order again and she now wants only one everything bagel with two cream cheeses.“ I asked him if he was OK and he looked at me as if he could not believe anyone would ask him such a question, or maybe he looked at me as if, no I’m not OK and I just can’t talk about it. God bless him. He kept telling me there were other customers waiting and acting as though I wasn’t ordering fast enough when I made the mistake of putting the bag of bagels on the counter and then ordered an everything bagel with two cream cheeses and he just wasn’t getting it right. I’m concerned for this man. I’m not just saying I will pray for him and asking you to pray for him, but I will pray for him and hope that others whose comments about the customer service there were negative will pray for the employees. That goes for people who give you poor customer service everywhere. I was a customer service manager for most of my adult life and no matter what was going on with me I knew it was my job to be kind and sensitive to what others might be going through as well.
