They said the restaurant was closed so they couldn't take my order but they still charged me
Fraudulent company - never get its membership because you won't be able to cancel it. I've contacted the customer service multiple times to cancel the membership. Every time they promised it was canceled but I was still charged every month. Waste of time and money.
My order at the Gainesville FL Haile village bistro for fish and chips was not delivered tonight, 6/18. Bite squad phone was full, so I could not call them. My credit card showed that payment was pending. Hopefully I will not be charged.
They didnt knock or ring the doorbell. food sat outside for an hour in the cold. when i complained, they told me i didnt tell them to ring the doorbell in the delivery instructions... are you kidding me?
Use ANY other delivery service! They are crooks! I ordered 50 dollars worth of food and never received it or even a phone call!
Can't even manage a hiring process. Hired me on and ghosted me and another driver for an interview/orientation. Upon arrival I was notified they hadn't been paying their storage bill either. Never returned one of my calls and I was never able to start. Complete dumpster fire of a business from the top down!
We’ve tried giving them our business but have had an issue on more than one occasion with 1. Food being cold & 2. Being late. Today, I ordered an hour and 15 minutes ago from a local restaurant and it’s 25 minutes late from the expected arrival time, AND they haven’t even picked it up from the restaurant yet. Extremely frustrating and all customer service will do is credit the Bite Squad account in hopes we order again. Not going to happen. Save your frustration and use another service.
Absolute worst customer service. Food never arrived, denied a refund even though I repeatedly stated that I do not have a chair outside my residence where the food was supposedly left. I was kind and patient with the person handling the claim, but they refused to listen to me and then blamed the missing food on me saying that I should “include better delivery instructions”. I have an address. I have a phone number. And I have delivery instructions listing the community, how many speedbumps to go over before turning. I literally could not have more comprehensive instructions. We have food delivered all the time (mostly DoorDash since they actually care about their customers), but occasionally we crave a restaurant thats only on a different app. Somehow, the food gets here 99% of the time, so I don’t think my instructions were the issue. We have ordered from bitesquad in the past and gotten the food delivered correctly. But rather than believe an honest and paying customer, they blame them. Then they ask if there’s anything else they can help with and immediately close the chat before you can reply. Even though I waited patiently with them for roughly 30 mins while they tried to sort out what happened to my order before denying it. No wonder no one uses this company. Out of our $40, about 2 hours worth of time (waiting for the order and then disputing it), and our food. What a horrible experience with horrible people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app at all costs.
Placed an order and we'll over an hour later the food had still not been picked up by the delivery driver. I requested to have my order cancelled and Bite Squad refused. Horrible service.

Never picked up food from restaurant. I had to go get it.
Order missed twice. Got a sparse credit, end up having to pay more for a redelivery. Mad. Want complete refund.
Arrived 2 hours after ordering. The order was incorrect and the food was cold. And they have the nerve to assess a $4.34 "other fees", in ADDITION to the $5.99 "booking fee". What a ripoff!!
