Fraudulent company - never get its membership because you won't be able to cancel it. I've contacted the customer service multiple times to cancel the membership. Every time they promised it was canceled but I was still charged every month. Waste of time and money.

My order at the Gainesville FL Haile village bistro for fish and chips was not delivered tonight, 6/18. Bite squad phone was full, so I could not call them. My credit card showed that payment was pending. Hopefully I will not be charged.

They didnt knock or ring the doorbell. food sat outside for an hour in the cold. when i complained, they told me i didnt tell them to ring the doorbell in the delivery instructions... are you kidding me?

Can't even manage a hiring process. Hired me on and ghosted me and another driver for an interview/orientation. Upon arrival I was notified they hadn't been paying their storage bill either. Never returned one of my calls and I was never able to start. Complete dumpster fire of a business from the top down!

We’ve tried giving them our business but have had an issue on more than one occasion with 1. Food being cold & 2. Being late. Today, I ordered an hour and 15 minutes ago from a local restaurant and it’s 25 minutes late from the expected arrival time, AND they haven’t even picked it up from the restaurant yet. Extremely frustrating and all customer service will do is credit the Bite Squad account in hopes we order again. Not going to happen. Save your frustration and use another service.

Absolute worst customer service. Food never arrived, denied a refund even though I repeatedly stated that I do not have a chair outside my residence where the food was supposedly left. I was kind and patient with the person handling the claim, but they refused to listen to me and then blamed the missing food on me saying that I should “include better delivery instructions”. I have an address. I have a phone number. And I have delivery instructions listing the community, how many speedbumps to go over before turning. I literally could not have more comprehensive instructions. We have food delivered all the time (mostly DoorDash since they actually care about their customers), but occasionally we crave a restaurant thats only on a different app. Somehow, the food gets here 99% of the time, so I don’t think my instructions were the issue. We have ordered from bitesquad in the past and gotten the food delivered correctly. But rather than believe an honest and paying customer, they blame them. Then they ask if there’s anything else they can help with and immediately close the chat before you can reply. Even though I waited patiently with them for roughly 30 mins while they tried to sort out what happened to my order before denying it. No wonder no one uses this company. Out of our $40, about 2 hours worth of time (waiting for the order and then disputing it), and our food. What a horrible experience with horrible people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app at all costs.

Placed an order and we'll over an hour later the food had still not been picked up by the delivery driver. I requested to have my order cancelled and Bite Squad refused. Horrible service.

Worse customer service. Mess up orders then blame restaurant no refund for missing items never mind for an o obviously ruined meal like forgetting the potatoes on the order for expensive filet mign9n. Pickup orders no better resteraunt said fidnt get order. Neither restaurant or bitesquad took responsibility. Been two hours since email customer support said I would be answered in Que. 9nline chat must be farmed out also slow, ends chats suddenly or no help and excuses. Help reteraunts by ordering direct with them and picking up, avoid bite squad when you can . this was third botched order in a row. Last one messed up a catered business lunch. Had better experience with grub hub. Plus bute squad piles on fees. Delivery fee then a seperate service charge. Rally deceptive if you think you are signing up for free delivery on one of their other services.

Never in my life have I had such consistently poor service from any company. I’ve given them so many chances but they just don’t want to be a reliable company. When looking at these reviews keep in mind that google requires people to give a minimum of one star.

I just deactivated my account because of the seriously declining service Bitesquad has offered over the last year or so. Food deliveries have been extremely late, food has been missing, and when calling Bitesquad about it, nothing gets done to improve. We placed an order for the local Sonny's some time ago, and when entire meals were missing from the order we paid for, we were instructed to contact the restaurant ourselves. We never saw the food, never got our money back, and got canned responses. I work in the service industry myself, and this kind of non-service by Bitesquad is beyond unacceptable.

If I could give no stars I would. We received our food almost an hour after it should have been delivered. Our Firehouse Subs order was cold and the bread was soggy. We are not from the area and we were offered a $25 credit linked to our Bite Squad account, we don’t have Bite Squad in Louisiana. Not only have we lost the money we spent on dinner but we also lost out on the credit. They refuse to give us a refund and there are no numbers to call so that I don’t have to type everything. They are also deleting our conversations through their messages on the app. So I can’t even pull those back up.

The most expensive delivery service I've used.First time that I ordered via Bite Squad, and I will never order again. The website doesn't mention any fees, but they charge you a booking fee & "other fees". Their website says that there is no fee, but it is very deceitful as they clearly do charge for using their service.I think this is deceitful, and I would never order via them again.
