Zero wait. Sat right down. Got the smoked fish dip and shrimp poboy. Fish dip was creamy and served with chips and picked onions. It's made from cod and salmon and so tastes like it's made with cod and salmon. Kinda wish a Florida restaurant would use actual fish you can get in Florida for smoked fish dip like AJ, mahi, mullet? Poboy was good, shrimp not breaded but cooked well with a nice remoulade. And they serve my local brewery's Market 48 Red Right Return

We had a great time at Blue Gill! The staff was excellent, the servers Noah and Mia were incredible. The attentive manager Alex was awesome.
The food was delicious. We had the special triple tail, Salmon and Shrimp and grits. The fish was cooked perfect, the sides were yummy, and the grits fantastic. The real treats were the calamari to start and the fried chocolate pie at the end. Thanks Blue Gill for a great evening!
P.S.- the drinks were exquisite

This place has become my wife and my favorite date night spot. Ok, itâs also our take a friend to dinner spot. Itâs got great food and even better service. So many good choices: Calamari, Buffalo Cauliflower, burgers, grilled salmon on risotto, all delicious. If you prefer eating at and supporting local restaurants, this is your spot. I highly recommend checking it out. Tell them I sent you!!

Delicious food served in a pleasant open environment
Last night we went to Blue Grill for the first time and it was amazing! My steak was cooked perfectly. Melissa was our server and helped us knowing it was our first time. She went over the menu, specials and what wine would go best with it. Very happy with everything start to finish and would highly recommend this place for a date nightl

My wife and I tried Blue Gill for the first time today. I had the shrimp and grits which was great. Not much food, IMO, but well prepared. My wife had the salmon. It appeared under cooked and the middle felt raw. She informed the waiter, who noticed most of the salmon wasnât eaten, that the fish appeared undercooked. He stated, âWe always cook it to mediumâ. He didnât attempt to rectify the situation and quickly walked after shrugging his shoulders. The service charge was an added surprise. All in all, I can safely say we wonât be back EVER.
