I alternate between Bolay, Fresh Kitchen and Vale because I like to support this business model but Bolay is easily the best. They don’t charge extra for toppings and their food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and VERY efficient. The manager even checked in on me while I was eating to ask how things were. Best fast-casual dining spot in Gainesville in my experience.

Only the highest of stars for this place, I thoroughly enjoyed eating here! The drink choices are healthy, the servers were super nice and friendly, and of course the food is great!

Bolay is an entirely gluten free restaurant. The food, I mean. The food they serve is gluten free. The cookies too. The ice. Everything. Relax. No glutes. And it’s delicious. I recommend the slightly green noodles, the broccoli and the Teriyaki chicken. With green sauce. With cilantro. So good.

I was driving back to Central FL from GA with my family and we arrived shortly before closing time. We had ordered online and ate outside so that the staff could close up when they needed to. My daughter was asking them for a lot of things after we sat (she wasn't happy with her guacamole), and they were very kind and gave her unblemished guacamole, water, extra napkins, and more sauce. They did not rush us, made she we had everything we needed before they closed, and were obviously customer service oriented and willing to take direction from my 8 year old (I was dealing with 3 other kids and she went inside on her own to talk to them, not positive of what she said, but it seemed to be fine)! Thank you Bolay, it's always a treat! We don't have a location near us so we always stop when we are nearby!

I ordered the Kale, salmon, brussel sprouts, sweet potato bowl with pickled onions and ginger turmeric and creamy garlic sauce. It was delicious despite the fact the salmon hunk I was given was sitting for quite some time.

The food and the service area absolutely impeccable! My food was supposed to have been delivered by a third party and never arrived. I called the store and Troy and Matt (the Manager) stepped right into action. I can't say enough good things about this amazing establishment and the people running it! Thank you ❤️

The food is nice, nice service, but Bolay gift cards should be sold at third party stores too (e.g. Publix, Walmart, Lowe's, CVS, etc.) not just at a Bolay location or online.

Fresh veggies and varied list of tasty ingredient options make it easy to build one's ideal bowl. The lemon chicken and the grilled salmon are both delicious protein options.

We ate dinner here, and had to hit it again for lunch before leaving Gainesville the next day (it was that good).
