I alternate between Bolay, Fresh Kitchen and Vale because I like to support this business model but Bolay is easily the best. They don’t charge extra for toppings and their food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and VERY efficient. The manager even checked in on me while I was eating to ask how things were. Best fast-casual dining spot in Gainesville in my experience.
Only the highest of stars for this place, I thoroughly enjoyed eating here! The drink choices are healthy, the servers were super nice and friendly, and of course the food is great!
Bolay is an entirely gluten free restaurant. The food, I mean. The food they serve is gluten free. The cookies too. The ice. Everything. Relax. No glutes. And it’s delicious. I recommend the slightly green noodles, the broccoli and the Teriyaki chicken. With green sauce. With cilantro. So good.
