Stopped here for a birthday meal. Sat at the bar and the service by both Liberty and Rhiannon was beyond excellent They were experienced bartenders making the most delicious martinis and the food and attentiveness during my meal was so appreciated. I highly recommend this location, but most importantly these two amazing professionals

Victoria was a great server! Very accommodating and helpful. The Bang Bang shrimp sautéed was fantastic and the pork chop fontina was phenomenal. Had a great experience and will come again.

Drove to Gainesville for an appointment with my friend we live 3 hours away. After the appointment we decided to do dinner at BONEFISH GRILL cause I have never eaten there. We found the restaurant in a area called BUTLER PLAZA we got there a little bit after 6 like 6:06 to be exact went into the restaurant to be seated was told we could choose a reservation or give our name and wait to be seated we gave our name and was told twenty minutes even though there was so so many empty tables we waited then went back to check was told 10 minutes more after waiting 20 minutes I kept checking and after one hour and twenty minutes we went to Fords garage for dinner I will never eat from this establishment if this is how they treat guests

Went here for the 5 course dinner on the 26th restaurant celebration and the experience is definitely a must try. Service and waiters were extremely pleasant and professional. There was a raffle included four times during the night. Food was delicious, my favorite was the bang bang shrimp and the cocktails paired well with all entrees. Portion size was very sizable and you will fill up by the 3rd course, but you are able to take out whatever you couldn't finish. My favorite cocktail was the orchid oasis martini. I will definitely go back again as they have one of these events every month with different courses and drinks. Make sure to sign up for the Dine in rewards for $10 off your meal and build points towards more rewards. Only downfall is the lighting inside, a little too low for my liking but still suitable for dining

This 5-course cocktail pairing dinner was creative and enjoyable in many ways, but the pacing became an issue as the evening went on. The Bang Bang Shrimp was easily my favorite dish of the night, and the Winter White Bellini was my favorite cocktail. That pairing worked beautifully. The shrimp had great flavor and texture, and the bellini complemented it perfectly without overpowering the dish. The first two courses started out strong and felt well timed. The Sweater Weather Salad was fresh and balanced. The Hpnotiq Martini, while visually fun, leaned too sweet for my taste. The same was true for the Orchid Oasis Martini paired with the bacon wrapped scallops. The scallops themselves were cooked well, but the sweetness of the cocktail overshadowed the food. By course three, the pacing felt off. Drinks were served well before the food, and in some cases were finished by the time the course arrived. With no refills, it took away from the idea of a true pairing, where the food and cocktail are meant to be enjoyed together. Course four featured the orange soy glaze unicorn fish and shrimp. I'm not sure what unicorn fish is, but the fish itself was on the drier side, while the shrimp was enjoyable. Parker's Margarita paired nicely and helped balance the dish. Dessert was Bananas Foster with the Birthday Cake Martini. The dessert was indulgent and satisfying. The martini was interesting but unexpected. The sweetness with the lemony contrast wasn't bad, just very different and felt like something that might take getting used to. Overall, the event had strong highlights and creative ideas, but tighter timing between food and cocktails would greatly improve the pairing experience.

Bonefish Grill in Gainesville was extremely disappointing. I got cold tomatoe soup even after I asked for extra hot. The server was not attentive or focused. He was foreign with a very strong accent and very poor skills and very bazarre behavior. His behavior was very wacky and uncomfortable. I will never go back because of him.

Good visit. Wait staff should clear table when diners are finished with appetizers and then dinner. Sort of gross to sit with a dirty table - especially since it was very slow.
