Friendly service. Excellent food made with care.
Absolutely delicious. Just being near the food waiting in line was making me hungrier. Tue food was amazing. The biriyani was fluffy and moist. The owner was extremely friendly and let me try things to see if I wanted it and everything I tried was good. I'll be looking for this vendor at any FL event I'm at.
The best food!
The protein medley with biriyani was amazing. Super healthy but still very flavorful!!!
Best biryani!!!!
Amazing food, charismatic salesman, goated
Healthy and delicious. 😋
The biriyani is great! The customer service is fantastic as well. There are tons of options and dietary accommodations. The mango lassi is great too. I would recommend everyone to stop by!
I visited Braised Yum at the Haile Farmer’s market. As someone who enjoys biryani but is vegetarian, this was some of the most aromatic, flavorful Indian food that I’ve had. In addition to the quality of the food, the charismatic owner’s energy and explanations of the science behind it made everything even more compelling. We tried the biryani, protein medley (paneer), mango lassi, and strawberry rose lassi. It’s worth a visit!
The food here is lovely and there’s fantastic customer service! I enjoyed learning about the food and trying new things. I really enjoyed the strawberry-rose lassi (which I never had before!) and the paneer. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options in general. Definitely a top biryani experience.

I had the pleasure of trying this Indian cuisine vendor at the Alachua Farmers Market at San Felasco Tech City (the weekly Wednesday market from 4–7pm), and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious—so flavorful and made with care. I ordered the biryani and the protein medley, along with a mango lassi and a strawberry smoothie. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned.
The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. What really stood out was the hospitality—the vendor kindly offered samples before purchasing, which allowed us to try a variety of items. He was also very knowledgeable about the history and ingredients behind the dishes, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
If you’re at the market and looking for authentic, flavorful Indian food served with warmth and care, this is a must-visit! Highly recommend.
I recently signed up for their weekly biryani delivery and couldn’t be happier. The food is so tasty, nourishing, and one less meal I have to cook during the week. Their royal gravy is so delicious that I want to eat it on everything.
This is a delicious food place that brings a deep understanding of the history and food relations of the product. Super friendly and happy to explain every part of the process. Great explanations of the spices and the benefits behind them. Great variety of ways to eat the food too! I love this place.
Their food is amazing tasting and filling. And they give a set of samples to try everything on the menu, even the drinks. Gives lots of info about the history of the food and how their process works. Also vegan and vegetarian friendly do great for that. Would recommend!!
Great experience at braised yum! The biryani was delicious. The multi stage taste testing made the food delicious and accessible to try the different sauces. Strawberry rose lassi was the perfect complement to the biryani. Highly recommend!
