This was our first time working with Braised Yum for a company luncheon, and we had a great experience. The family business was very personable and willing to work to fit our budget and other needs. The food presentation was thoughtful and came with detailed ingredient labels, which was a nice touch. The food was also 100% gluten-free and delicious.
Absolutely amazing catering experience. The biryani was beautiful, vibrant yellow, incredibly flavorful, and rich, with perfectly cooked rice that was neither dry nor mushy. Everything arrived warm and fresh, which made such a difference for a large group.
The strawberry lassi was hands down the best I have ever had. Creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Several people went back for seconds just for that.
