They went up on price down on service and quantity and then now want to close because the owner refuses to take corrective action to better his business! The tea is chunky not mixed and your lucky if you get any boba with it at all

I live in Orlando, and was randomly walking through The Oaks Mall & came across this place. I ordered the green tea with pomegranate. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Whether you’re a local or visitor to Gainesville, make sure you stop by to support this locally owned business.

If you want boba tea this place is not it. They charged me for the tea and the boba. My drink was 80% ice and was gone after 4 sips. The staff was not very friendly and he wouldn't give me back the correct change. His excuse was they didn't have any coins. If that's the case the price should be rounded down to the next dollar not steal money from the customer. I ordered a strawberry milk tea boba and it was not good at all. Do not come here. I should've just gone to get a pretzel instead.

My first time trying boba, the guy was super nice, even though all of these reviews say otherwise. He was really sweet to me which made me think perhaps the people leaving reviews weren't so nice to him. Treat people with kindness and get the same in return.

After a long day of shopping I stopped here with my children to get a few drinks. The guy working the counter was far from what anyone would want being the face of their company. He complained the entire time after I paid for our drinks, first that he should just cut his arms off and then at least 15x about how he doesn't get paid enough for this. As the line of customers grew he got aggressive with throwing things in the sink. His attitude got so bad I watched as people took their business else where. With so many reviews regarding the same guy I would think they would find someone else...he's bad for their business but good for others in the food court. The tea itself was ok. My lychee jelly was good, taste just like sliced lychee.

The young thin white male wearing a black T-shirt with a black cap turned backwards had horrible customer service. It appears he didn’t want to serve me & my daughter because we were Black. We we the only two in line at the moment. He acted like he was having a mental breakdown by mumbling to himself and holding his head. Mumbling he’s tired of this, of being there alone. I asked was he ok - he didn’t answer or acknowledge us. He went to the back of the store. Meanwhile, a white young lady walked up - he later came out & proceeded to assist her. I said excuse me - my daughter & myself were here first. He went back & forth about her being there first. I asked for his supervisor name - he said he was the supervisor and refused to give me his name. I put in a verbal & written complaint to security with the Oaks Mall agency in Gainesville Florida. This is unacceptable

The product is pretty average. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Went there a couple weeks ago and the staff was ok but not great. We asked for the plastic straws and the girl said they have any.we pointed out a big container full of them right on the shelf. On Tuesday we stopped by after dinner to grab a quick cup and it was 20 minutes before closing. The guy behind the counter was washing something at the sink and just looked over his shoulder and said “we’re closed” and turned back around. Could have said “sorry, we are closing and can’t any more customers” or something similar. Just plain rude. Was in the mall today so figured maybe another try. Same rude guy with the same rude attitude. That’s it. Never again for that place. The product is not good enough to endure the rudeness. Management needs to get him out of there while they still have a business. Tall slim white guy with dark rim glasses and a weak attempt at a mustache/goatee. I would rate it a zero if possible.

I love the jelly milk tea I get here. They are always nice to me and the drinks are fast. There isn't a line whenever I go at all.

The boba tea was extremely bad and diluted. The taste was artificial too! They charged us extra for jelly along with Boba but just served us with boba in the tea.

No refunds for customersI was very dissatisfied with their service, there is not enough tea to make an large size, there was to much sugar and very sweet that it was impossible to drink, they did not want to do a refund.Awful service
