The music was so loud- at 1 pm on a Tuesday with about 10 customers . We asked the server if they could turn it down so we could talk to our friends. She said manager had already turned it down 1 notch.,corporate controls the music. So guess what - that will be our last visit there. By the way Taylor was very accommodating , professional and personal- 10 stars for her. We were there on Tues Nov 18, 2025 at 1 pm. Thank you .

Everything there was excellent. burgers were nice and hot and fresh french fries was hot. Great service from Kylee at Buffalo wings, and the oaks mall in Gainesville, Florida will definitely be back again

Take out service is terrible. Waited almost an hour past when my food was supposed to be ready. Waited at the door for a hostess for more than ten minutes when I was finally greeted by a server.

Ate here while on a road trip back from Reddick fl, the service was extremely slow but friendly, and it appeared to me at least that our server was working hard but there didn't appear to be enough staff memebers as she was very attentive and apologetic about the service. The food was good quality and hot when it arrived at our table. There was a gentleman at the bar who had a little to much to drink and was very loud, but other than that wasn't rude or aggressive. I got the wings with the cheese curds. My father got the chicken parmersan.

I came in on Sunday, October 5th, and as of six days later I’m still dealing with intense food poisoning from this place. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and inattentive. The food was served cold—our beer cheese sauce and pretzel appetizer had congealed into a solid lump. When I asked for blue cheese with my wings, the waitress actually rolled her eyes, which is strange considering it’s a standard request. Out of the 15 boneless wings I ordered, four were barely a third the size of the others. This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, and it will definitely be my last. Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, rivaled only by Crane Ramen.
