The music was so loud- at 1 pm on a Tuesday with about 10 customers . We asked the server if they could turn it down so we could talk to our friends. She said manager had already turned it down 1 notch.,corporate controls the music. So guess what - that will be our last visit there. By the way Taylor was very accommodating , professional and personal- 10 stars for her. We were there on Tues Nov 18, 2025 at 1 pm. Thank you .
Everything there was excellent. burgers were nice and hot and fresh french fries was hot. Great service from Kylee at Buffalo wings, and the oaks mall in Gainesville, Florida will definitely be back again
Ate here while on a road trip back from Reddick fl, the service was extremely slow but friendly, and it appeared to me at least that our server was working hard but there didn't appear to be enough staff memebers as she was very attentive and apologetic about the service. The food was good quality and hot when it arrived at our table. There was a gentleman at the bar who had a little to much to drink and was very loud, but other than that wasn't rude or aggressive.
