Visited this Burger King location last Friday morning for breakfast. Ordered a Sausage Biscuit sandwich with hash browns and a large drink. The total came to over $12, which already feels steep for fast food breakfast. The food was horribly packed everything thrown together messily in the bag like they didn’t care. Worse, they completely forgot my hash browns side. When I checked the bag, it was missing entirely. Then the drink situation: I paid for a large drink but got handed a medium cup. I asked the cashier why, and she explained that “for breakfast, when you order a large drink, you’re given a medium cup, and if you order a medium, you get a small.” What?! That makes zero sense and feels like straight-up shortchanging customers. Paying extra for a “large” that isn’t large is ridiculous, especially at that price point. On top of the mistakes, the customer service was awful. When I questioned the cup size politely, the girl at the counter responded with major attitude like I’d slapped her mother or something. Zero apology, no willingness to fix anything, just rude and dismissive. Between the missing food, downgraded drink, sloppy packaging, and poor attitude, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. For over $12, I expect at least basic accuracy and decent service. Won’t be returning to this spot there are plenty of better options in Gainesville. If you’re the manager reading this train your staff and double check orders. Customers notice when you cut corners.

Very rude from the moment I walked up to the counter. I always try to be extra polite to fast food workers because they have to deal with alot. But I had to leave before buying anything, because they were so rude I was about to lose my patience.

Worst BK out there, food is decent, but staffs are slow, don't know who should be responsible for what area, etc. Management must be really bad. 40 minutes to get through a drive through?? I've never seen that in any other drive through places other than this.

Probably the worst customer service at a fast food place I've ever experienced. The lady (white women/ overweight) on January 20 / 7:10PM was HORRIBLE ! She should not even work in customer service if that's her way to talk to the clientele. I'll definitely not come back.

On the fry station, they dropped the red tongs on the floor and then picked it up and put it back on the station. For the most part the people were perfectly friendly and polite. I probably won't be back.
The service is too slow; even ordering online in advance doesn't get you served quickly.

We regularly visit store 56 for lunch. The food is always fresh, hot, and tasty. The restaurant itself is extremely clean. We have commented to the staff how much we appreciate their store and service. We would highly recommend this store to others. The 4 star rating for service is due to busy times, but doesn't affect the quality of the food. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Best whopper I have got since I was 5 yrs old in PR... been 9 years on US and first time I experience the original flavor of the BK whopper. The service was great, even with the rush they had with mobile orders, front orders and drive thru, everyone was focused on going above and beyond. Ms. Jarlisa (I hope I'm writing it alright) never lost the smile and kindness. I had to tell her how I felt, so they all feel proud of what they do. Recommended. Will be my go to BK here in Gainesville, FL.
