The building was awesome. Huge burger built into the side of the building. All the decor was the history of BK. Pretty neat.Service was trash, food was not very good. Got hot honey wrap and the wrong sauce on it. Staff were yelling and cussing.
Since I’ve been sitting in the drive through for about 10 mins figured I would leave a review, long wait almost any night hours it is 9pm. And rude service but with bad management and lack of workers you can’t expect much more from them.

The employees are wearing gloves but are walking around on their phones and eating along with any other thing while wearing their gloves which is disgusting, also using the cups to just scoop out ice. Does no one care about food safety anymore? This place is nasty I'm tired of paying so much for so little.

Apparently they DIDN'T read the order, drive thru.I only ask for a plain cheese, bacon, burger only, I want nothing else. I got home it had everything except the kitchen sink except it looked like it went through the garbage disposal.I called from noon until I got a ride back, by my home aide after 2:30pm. Were the only one waiting at the counter. No one came to see what we needed until I said hellooo. An employee mopping behind the counter came and I showed the mess of a burger and told her the name on the receipt.I then remember why I DON'T go to BK. Lousy service, cold food, didn't give me a plain burger when I said and showed the receipt. It was taken back the stuff was removed and returned with the same burger. I sent it back. I said thanks to the polite kid, he brought me a burger saying he made it. I thanked him. No I didn't eat it.

Cashier wasn't very friendly too customers. I ordered whopper jr. meal. I SI down for lunch. No fries! I went to the same cashier and reminded the fries weren't included in the meal dShe looked at me rather puzzled incredulously, and charged the full price for French fries. This place lacks the skills which is essential for good customer service quality. The business deserves no ⭐Dietary restrictions: None
