I was served by a guy, unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was very kind and said he's studying Portuguese and French (very sweet). However, the place really needs a good manager. It's dirty, from the tables to the floor and the bathroom, it's horrible and smelly. BK really needs to reevaluate the quality of its stores, the way they are; it's very bad.
