This Burger King is awesome. I moved to the area 2 years ago and I am so impressed with the quality of the food that I had to write this review. EVERY ITEM I GOT WAS HOT AND FRESH!!! I know that is what is expected but I have never been to any Burger King where that happened every single time. This was also around 9:00 at night when a lot of fast food employees just want to go home. I would like to call out some of the ladies who worked on my order as well. Rhaun, Zoriya,Timiyah and Tesshai. You are exactly the kind of employees that ANY company would be proud to have. You deserve a raise, big ones!! To the kitchen staff you guys are the bomb, Everything was hot, fresh, and made exactly the way I ordered it. That has never happened at any Burger King I have ever been to. Thank you guys so much. To anyone who may read this review check it out you will not be disappointed.

Awful. Waited in the drive-through line for 15 minutes until we finally got an answer on the intercom. Then it took the same amount to get to the window, and *then* after we paid, we waited about the same time for our food. I'd understand if they were packed, but the employees were chit-chatting in the kitchen not even paying attention to the window. Didn't even get an enjoy your meal when we got our food, just dead-silently handed us our food, even though we said thank you :/ Ridiculous

The food is good. Not my favorite BK, but it's still ok. My issues are-- they do not top off fries and onion rings, especially with a large. It's very frustrating. Even when you ask they will take it throw it away and sarcastically overflow it so it's spilling everywhere. Some of the staff are really nice, but a few, especially at the order and pay window at drive thru, are pretty short, a little rude, and slam window shut every time. Maybe it's difficult to close??And because the order is always 90% wrong, I started just going inside when it's a takeout, so I have time to check the order at the counter. They get angry if you try checking at the drive-thru. This is not based on a 1 time experience. Been going for years because it's close to home, but over the last few months, this has been my experience.
Vegetarian options: Besides impossible whopper, nothing is clearly labeled vegetarian.

Stood at counter for 15 minutes, was never spoken to by a single staff member. Homeless man came in, handed cash to food bagger and was handed 2 large bags of food. Staff pocketed cash, never went near register. Owner should check his cameras more often.

I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. The last thing I ate before bed last night and then breastfed my infant was from this restaurant. I woke up this morning and was dizzy, throwing up and had diarrhea. So, I am sure I received food poisoning from this location. It's bad enough that they didn't make my food correctly and I waited in line for at least over half an hour (AFTER I paid for my food). Then I get to the window and there's a line of food on the counter. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
