Everything would be 5 stars, however the food is a bit pricey and the atmosphere is kind of dull. Other than that, the service was fine..there could probably be a little more volunteer work to just be a temp. waitress/waiter. Those would be good positions in my personal opinion.

Every time I come here it takes them at least 20 mins to place your order everybody is playing nobody is working then the corporate number doesn’t work I guess that’s why everybody doing what they want to do. The workers doesn’t understand anything mess your order up after it was repeated several times

When my food was delivered, my fries were not in my bag plus my fish sandwich was extremely dried out and I can barely see it in the bun because it was so small.

There was one car in the drive thru I was 2nd we both ordered and then sat for almost 5 minutes. When I called the person who answered the phone was not customer friendly and said “alright we had a big order”. When we did get our food the burger was lukewarm, fries were hot and good. This is not acceptable customer service nor should a drive thru stop for a call in or mobile order.
It was super busy in the drive through and inside, and I ordered a good bit of food via the app. We went inside to pick it up, and the manager was ON POINT 🔥🔥 working the register, being attentive to his employees and customers. He was fast paced, kind and talked with respect and understanding. Even tho it was a bit chaotic, which is understandable for 2pm on a Sunday, the employees and management were AWESOME 🙌🏻🙌🏻

This Burger King on Archer Road is pathetic it's unbelievable how plainly states your order and three times it's messed up after talking to the manager Richard he was as worse as the sandwich maker unprofessional and not acknowledging this irritating I no I'll never go back there and if anyone I know I'll make sure they would not either terrible
