Hadn't been to a BK in a few years, fitness kick and all that. Decided to treat myself, and stopped into this location. Best service I've ever had at a Burger King. Best compiled burger I've had at a Burger King.
After such a great experience, I visited two other locations, based on convenience, throughout the month. One was mid. One I'll never go to again.
Went back to this location yesterday (Dec 30th) during dinner hours. While I had to wait for meat to be cooked, it was well worth it. Didn't get the managers name, but she was running the heck out of that line...like she was a contestant on Hell's Kitchen™. For the wait, she upgraded my fries to a large. Was pleased with the product and service beforehand. That kicked it over the top.

Very slow dt. Always having you stop at first window for a long time with no attendant at the window. They then wave you up to the next window where you still have to wait for your food that always come out cold. If you want good DT times, move a lil faster!! People need to get to work in the morning.
Waited 15min at the first window after ordering and no one came to check me out or tell me if my food was coming out. I was the only one in line and only ordered 2 jr whoppers.

This is the BK that we go to when we come up to Gainesville. Our meal today was PERFECT. We ordered specials, like mustard (since Noone adds this anymore) and no pickles. Now every time we say no pickles, it seems like we get double. And when I asked for mustard, it's conveniently not on the burn. BUT, this time everything was made perfectly. I'm going to stress now on the hamburger itself. When we got our hamperors, it reminded me of what they used to look like, Way back when. It makes me kind of sad that they don't do this on a regular basis as it would bring back So many customers that don't. Their burgers were full, fresh, and tasty. I would love to take this crew back home with me to our burger king, as the b k in our area is dirty, never get things right in an order, and the employees like to smoke pot out in the parking lot. The french fries were fresh and not greasy in the slightest. And when we asked for salt and pepper, they gave us a sufficient amount, Not just 1 for each person. The restaurant looks like it's kept up as none of the tables were really dirty. The bathrooms appeared clean and looked on regularly. GOOD JOB BK!!!!!
