Bad attitude from the start, told us go to the first window and we waited there for 7 mins then went to the second window. She said she couldn’t pay at the second window and wanted to take our phone to the back. Why couldn’t she do it up front and where was the lady at the first window… get ur act together ladies.

We ordered 4 whopper meals and dined in. Our burgers sat on the tray for almost 10 minutes exactly (we timed it) before they added the flys and sent it out when we got our food the Frys were HOT (which was great!!) but the burgers were all mush and cold. As we were dining in we overheard another customer saying that she went up to the front and asked if that was her onion rings sitting over on the counter and the worker replied with “ I’ll get to it when I get to it” I’m not sure if they are understaffed or not which would suprise me since the store seemed to be freshly remodeled and had a strange petco smell

Soda machine no longer has non caffeine diet choices. If I had known I would have gone to McDonald's instead Patty poorly cooked, I asked if the no longer grill, she said they BrOIL THEM. Looked like spam.THIS WAS MY LAST WHOPPER

They were not busy and we sat waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to get 2 ice cream cones. The people were not very friendly and they didn’t give us any napkins. I would not recommend this location very fast to anyone.

My coke with ice,taste like someone but a dirty hair comb in it. I threw it out. The fries taste like they never change the oil, and the oil had soaked into the burnt fries. Not all Burger King are the same. This one is very disappointing Please close it down.

This location consistently under-staffs and takes forever in the drive-thru. The same person who takes the order also works the cashier window AND the pickup window. It is the model of extreme inefficiency.
Order was not correct. Missing half my order and the staff are rude. I’m reporting to corporate.

Ordered on the app. Got exactly what i wanted. The line situation is a bit annoying, but it is what it is. Food was exactly as I ordered and they didn't miss anything. Unlike McDonald's, when half the time they don't put on the extra sauce or take off whatever, or they'll just not give you half your order, then get mad at you for coming back for it. The fries were really good.

Ordered a #2 double Texas burger. When I received my meal and went home, I opened the bag to a whooper w cheese wrap. I looked at the receipt it said double whooper Texas burger. I wasn’t about drive back so I started to eat the burger and it had no cheese on it smh.

Worst drive thru experience in my 56 years!!! Marquita has no manners and treated my wife rudely because im an older man than my wife??? You need better class and customer service in your fast food establishment..... please choose your employment wisely... your customers don't deserve the garbage
