Very very bad experience in this Burger King! I couldn’t eat my food, was terrible and disgusting! They don’t use gloves to make the food! I’m very upset about this situation!

First impression was the the restaurant was fairly clean, except the bathroom that was definitely was not. The person taking our order didn't get the burgers correct, one with may and. Cheese the other with no mayo nor cheese....ended up with one with mayo the other with cheese that was easily to remedy for us. The burgers were delicious with fresh ripe tomatoes and all the rest. The fries were also fresh and good...the sweet tea was too sweet for our taste but that's ok. The food was good so that makes it worth the other small issues. Didn't realize the whopper got its start in Gainesville

Went today for lunch. 1 customer in the lobby at a table. Waited 7 minutes before an employee came to take our order. No smiles , no greeting , nothing. When the employee came to the register she said "your order please" gave her my order she never said another word to me. Paid with a card. Then waited another 15 minutes for the food. The lady in the lobby finally got up and said she had been waiting for half an hour for her food. She had her drink , the employee looked at the receipts hanging up and then made her order. Not 1 spoken word to the lady from the employee. All the employees had a look in their faces that they did not want to be there. Never again Not if I was starving to death will I go to that burger King for food. I may stop in to tell them how bad they suck at customer service and maybe they should have planned better for their future so they don't have to be working fast food in their 40s and 50s. I would fire every one of the employees there and close the store and start over. Get those trash people out of there.

Every time I go here I wait 20 to 25 mins in drive thru. I'm surprised no one has called corporate on them. maybe I should be the first to.

Sage was our server and he was all decked up, tie and everything. He was kind and responsive. He gave us the ice cream even when the machine was broken and made a compromise for us by offering the milkshake icecream. We got cones on the side and our experience was great. Hope he has a great time here at BK.

Waited forever in the drive through after order was placed, got attitude for asking for no onions on 2 of my 6 whopper jr, and only got 6 of my 8 sandwiches I ordered for my family. Was too tired to go back over 2 burgers and it was the only time I didn't actually count at the drive thru because my family was hungry. Erynn annoying and disappointing.

If the fries have been in limbo waiting to be served they should be donated but NEVER served. My fries. Burger, & mozzarella sticks were almost not warm. Costs too much $ to waste the food. EAT AT AVERAGE MEAL TIMES FOR HOT FOOD.
