Great experience and Cashier Ethan was top-notch and overall A1 kind of guy. Defiant gotta keep him on the payroll he making things happen here and keeping the atmosphere here genuinely up lifting.
So I go to Burger Fi to get the swagu burger.They discontinued it and still have that on the menu & other burgers that don’t exist anymore.Usually have a great experience when I come & twice they have tried to make the swagu burger for me.Anyway I come in tonight and the cashier that greeted me was Elli and her complete lack of customer service and rudeness almost made me want to walk out.I decided to order something anyway.By this time Elli turn to a younger cashier name Jocelyn and told her to take care of us and gave her this look of impatience & disgust.Jocelyn however was the exact opposite and I give her 10 stars.Elli got you 3 stars for her poor performance.Lack of respect, service.I’d put her on trash ?️ duty

I visited Burger Fi recently and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the prices are exorbitant for what you actually receive. Despite the menu items suggesting value for money, the reality falls short. Additionally, it appears that this location prioritizes takeout orders over in-house dining, as our food was served incorrectly and missing items. We had to endure a lengthy wait for the forgotten items, resulting in our food being getting cold by the time everything arrived. Overall, the lack of attention to detail make Burger Fi a complete waste of money for the subpar food they offer.
