It was amazing. It was great customer service. I liked the hospitality and the people were amazing. I even brought my mother, and she was amazed too with how great they answered all her questions and gave her the best suggestions and I would like to shout out Mr. Will or Mr. Willie because he was the one who helped my mother out and even gave her a sample and me a sample on a sauce we wanted to try even he gave my mother oh well detailed Explanation on what the different food...
I had to take time out of my night just to come and express my experience today at cava. the service was excellent especially from Carl, he was extremely nice and quick getting my order. he definitely made my night with the customer service he provided. thank you, Carl and cava.
I had such an amazing experience at Cava! Carl went above and beyond to make my visit special. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and incredible knowledge of the menu made my meal unforgettable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making customers happy, and it made all the difference. Mariana was also fantastic—super helpful and efficient, making sure everything was just right. Great service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!
