The staff was so kind, and the food was delish! This was my first time dining at Cava and the workers were so kind and patient to help me figure out what I wanted to order. I will definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience when I came in to this location last weekend. It was my first time eating at CAVA so I got a recommendation on what to get from Cooper. He was extremely helpful and asked if I wanted any more or less of anything that he put in the bowl. Extremely kind and definitely gave me a good first impression.
I’ve always loved CAVA, but a bad experience at another location (salty, watery, and poorly made food made with hate) and it almost ruined it for me. Thankfully, the University Road CAVA completely turned that around :’) The food here is always fresh, delicious, and clearly made with love—especially when Bella is there. She’s the absolute best and always takes extra care of my order. The service is kind, welcoming, and truly above and beyond. This is the only CAVA I trust...
