This owner takes money away from their employees. They fired a person for refusing to LOWER PAY RETROACTIVELY WITHOUT EMPLOYEES KNOWLEDGE..A MILLIONAIRE TAKING FOOD & SHELTER FROM THEIR NEIGHBORS! I am sure they will say and come up with some PR LIE...ask yourself if it sounds like what these Neo-Scrooges that RAISE PRICES WHEN WORKING PEOPLE EARN more would do this...I think you know the answer...

You want your daughter's wedding reception to be perfect and when it's held in an outdoor space on a cold January late afternoon you worry about how the food will be. Well, in this case it was perfect. Not only were the roasted vegetables audibly sizzling, everything was delicious! The guests were still talking about how good the food was the next day. The servers had everything ready right on cue and were gracious and courteous. I cannot thank everyone at Celebrations Catering enough for creating a perfect experience. Thank you!

After doing a series of our company events for this year, Celebration Catering was scheduled to do another our group. They cancelled on us with less than two business day's notice. Buyer beware, they do not know how to run their business and you would be better served going somewhere else.

Love these people! They did our DVM Halloween dinner party and the food and service was really great. We will be using them again, for sure.

This company is terrible, has terrible food, has no compassion when dealing with customers, and serves soggy crostini. They are overpriced and force you to hire a bartender to serve drinks (beer and wine) you personally provide. They lie to their customers and tell them that "in the state of florida you need to have a licensed bartender to serve drinks." That is a LIE, in the state of Florida you do not need a license or permit to serve beer a wine... actually a bartender doesn't even need to have a license to serve liquor in Florida. They are lying to their customers. We were hosting a memorial.. not a wedding.. this wasn't a party and our experience with Celebrations made everything more stressful than it already was..... AND they serve soggy crostini.... They made us buy food too! Many of the people who helped with the memorial have worked for catering companies... The crostini was dated for the day before.. Our "bartender" said they were made in the morning... Another lie. What a joke of a company.

Planning the event beforehand went well however when it came to the actual party we were not pleased - we specifically asked for two oyster shuckers to shuck the 1200 oysters we purchased. The entire event was based on oysters. Three people showed up to assist with the party however only one gentleman shucked oysters - it took him three hours to shuck around 200 oysters and my father in law was out back assisting him. We had three large coolers of oysters left over which was even more disappointing.
Oysters weren’t ready at the scheduled time and most of the guests started getting restless waiting for them to be put out. The displays were set up nicely.
The only person this party was for was very disappointed.
The response I received with the final bill in full:
“Thank You very much for your feedback. I apologize for any miscommunication or mishaps during your event. It was my understanding that the event started at 4pm and the oyster bar started at 5:30pm as stated in the contract. That should have been better communicated on my end and I apologize. As for the oyster shuckers, I will unfortunately be unable to remove the cost of the shucker, because Jaime was actively working and helping to insure the event ran smoothly, while also helping maintain the oyster bar for the duration of the event. An oyster shucker is less expensive than a Server or else I would most defiantly adjust the price for you. Again I greatly apologize for the hiccups during your event. And I hope that besides these few things, that his birthday was enjoyable.”
They must not care what’s labeled out in the contract - funny how that works. I got a server (which I didn’t need) and only got one oyster shucker (when I needed two).
We are small business owners as well - we understand things may not always flow smoothly but in the end you have to do what it takes to make the customer happy. This company clearly does not follow that same work ethic and I would suggest looking elsewhere for any future small party planning. Too bad they lost out on a strong referral pool.
