As a doordasher, went through the line and told them my order.. they said itd be 2-5 minutes... i went towards the pick up area as i assumed this is where i get the pick up... waited 15 minutes before mentioning something. I was directed to go back to the register which had gotten a large line again.... never again.... wasted so much time

Second time I've tried to go here in the last two weeks, and both times they had the grills all pulled out over an hour before closing and are not able to make food. Last time was Dec 3rd, they told me then it would be a few minutes, so I waited for a while as they kept pulling more grills out away from the walls until I gave up and went elsewhere. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a fluke, something got spilled or whatever. Same thing tonight, Dec 17, grills all pulled out and cleaning over an hour before closing. Not going to even bother going here anymore.

They are terrible, I was supposed to have onion green peppers and mushrooms on my steak sandwich. I barely saw any onion or green peppers and had absolutely no mushrooms! We also got charged a tip fee which we weren't supposed to and they wouldn't even fix it! Disgrace!!!

When you ask for a number 2 large size, you apparently get a small drink and regular fries but a normal sandwich. Make sure you know this isn't a regular fat food place, you need to tell them the size of your sandwich, size of your drink, and possibly even the size of your fries individually. That, or the woman behind the register doesn't know what she's even doing.

The workers are rude to people including the other mall employees and they even screw up the orders and act like it's the customers fault and when you ask them to fix it they get rude and dismissive towards the customers I will not order food from this joint ever again and I work in the mall

I got the cheese steak. A huge disappointment. Also the greasy limp Cajun fries. I can’t think of one thing that was appetizing!!!! Don’t waste your money!

My boyfriend got food poisoning from the philly cheesesteak and the service sucked. Double wammy. However, I got the chicken teriyaki philly, which I enjoyed and didn’t get food poisoning from, so in return I’m giving the food 3 stars. But again, the service sucked, the atmosphere sucked, and the food was incredibly expensive. I don’t know if the benefits were worth all of that mess combined but take that how you will.

My girlfriend went there for lunch around 12:15pm on 02/12/25 and we were gonna split the sandwich on our lunch break. But we ordered a chicken California with tomato and banana peppers no lettuce add tomato order number 28. Isabella was the manager on duty and Stephanie was the young lady who took my order. The sandwich came with lettuce on it and my girlfriend took the sandwich back up there to let them know that there was lettuce on it. Stephanie proceeded to try and wipe the lettuce off the sandwich and re served it to my girlfriend. Which my girlfriend demanded a refund and just bought the drink. This place is completely unacceptable and we will never shop here again. Disappointed is to say the least.
