The drive-thru is very very slow and I sit in line almost 15-20 minutes before I got to order and then after I ordered I sat there going for another 10 or 15 minutes or more so I'm very disappointed in the slow

I was a general manager for checkers on 13th Street for over 7 years I also managed to one farther down on University and 34th the owner was Ralph tindall what has happened to checkers is awful this is the worst experience I have ever had I paid $52.02 to get my burgers that were cold and it look like a 3-year-old put it together this is awful I would never eat at another checkers in my entire life the manager was the one that handed out our order. What's the point of having an automated service and the order is still not right.

Terrible. Don't go to the one on 13th street. ONLY go to the one on UNIVERSITY!!. The one on 13th street gives you cold food. I ordered a spicy chicken with no mayo, they gave me a cold piece of chicken, on a plain bun, they left off the lettuce. They're food is cold because in order to keep the "drive through time" down, they won't drop fresh fries, or meat. They'll let the burgers and chicken sit out to serve faster. I repeat! DO NOT GO TO CHECKERS ON 13TH STREET, ONLY GO TO THE CHECKERS ON UNIVERSITY

my brother ordered delivery and nobody could eat any of the food we received except some of the fries from the bites box. everything was so drowned in cheese that it spilled out everywhere, and nothing was even supposed to have cheese on it. absolutely ruined my family’s night.

The computer automated ordering system is horrible. Staff inside are wearing headsets, but it's not a human taking the order. A bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink was 14 bucks(OMG). The window person was disinterested at best and barely spoke.

buyer beware, yeah I know I should know this going into a fast food drive thru business that doesn't even take your order in person, its all AIliving up to apparently all Checkers, this place is ghetto, I mean sketch as sketch can be and there is simply no excuse for this! clean up the outside of the building I felt like I needed a tetanus shot in the drive throughthe food was as ordered, its never going to be cuisine but it was lunch and I wasn't crossing traffic to get to the Wendy's across the street( another mistake on my part)here's where my issue is, the content of the bagburger CHECKFries CHECK, even if they were kind of tossed in there looselyNapkins... hell nostraw for my drink? Yeah you see where this is going right? NOTTAreal shame about the napkins because whoever made my burger was apparently a mayo and ketchup fan because it was dripping out the edgesy'all know we can SEE INSIDE that window right? curb appeal you do not have, that was a not even organized chaos it was clutter and a dirty fryer area, although the bonus chicken nugget/popcorn in the fries was a surpriseall an all $13.20 for a number 3 combo large without a side of any kind of paper product unless you use the bag it came in.
