Employee (heavy set blonde) was rude because i asked to speak to a REAL PERSON and not a computer, she told me were short handed and she (meaning computer) really needs to take my order... then made me wait in the parking lot for food when THERE WAS NOBODY IN LINE, PARKINGLOT, OR WAITING! 20 minutes later brought my food out MESSY, chilli fries busted in the bottom of the bag, with a smart ass "have a good day" Just LAZYYYY!!!!! Never again! Gotta do better checkers!!!

If I was y'all I would not go there, they was to rude, and lazy, they was wearing food gloves with money, with out charging them, they gave me a half of a burger with no cheese, lettuce, or tomato, and it was half way cooked. And there was a hair on my food. THEY NEED TO PUT HAIR NETS ON, Your working with food, it’s in the paper work and on the test when y'all start working there!!! ;( learn how to do ur jobs.

I can understand why this place was dead as a corpse at 1:30 in the afternoon on a weekend. Horrible employees who refuse to take a person's order. Have a kid who has a specific order and the AI never gets it right. When I asked to order from a human a man came on and told me I had to order from the computer AI. When I told him the others don't make me due to the order I heard him say "well that is at the other one" I don't think he knew his mic was still on. So we left and are at McDonald's where they were happy to take our order and my money

This place has the walk up closed and the drive in entrance is almost unusual. The employees have good idea say the walk up is closed so they don't have to work. Hope they all lose their jobs and checkers goes under.

My food came out quick and was fresh. Hannah at the 34th location was amazing she handled everything with a smile and was very professional! 🩷
The cheese burgers were good especially the bacon cheese burger that I ordered. The fried mozzarella sticks were pretty good but could use a little bit more flavor. We were happy with our drinks and the fries could stand to have a little less salt and be a little bit crispier.

This place should be closed
The AI ordering didn't get the order right
It took 25mins for 1 chicken sandwich overcooked, 1 apple pie, 1 fish sandwich no tartar, I said EXTRA tartar, and a medium order of soggy fries
When the manager open the drive thru window their was this terrible smell coming from inside the windows
She has an accent I don't recognize
But, then proceeded to take a napkin and clean grease and dirt from a piece of equipment above my food
Then not washing her hands helped bag good
No one had on a uniform or name tag. Even looked as if they had just walked in off the street and started working
Even the guy sweeping up outside looked like just some random guy
Finally, the food made me sick, do guess where I spent the night? Keep your money and gi some place else. I wanted Gator China, but decided to try Checkers

Dear Owner, don't bother offering me a chance to come back NEVER AGAIN

Every single time I order from this location I add bacon to my spicy chicken sandwiches and evertime it's never on there. every single time pay too much money for the 2 small pieces of bacon not to get them at all sad just sad

We came through to grab my husband a hamburger because I was having surgery and it would be a while before he could eat. There were two people in line. They asked us to pull forward to wait for our food. We waited and waited and waited. I finally had to go up to the window and ask what was going on The guys like OK yeah we’ll bring it to you in a minute. We almost had to leave without our food because I was late to get to my appointment by this point, no apologies no explanation. It seemed like they were having more fun goofing off inside than worrying about whether their customers were being taken care of. They also forgot the sauces that were supposed to be on the side that we paid for. I understand the workforce is a lot harder now as I am a manager myself, but I would wanna know if my customers are being treated this way so I could take responsibility for it.
