Order was atrocious. Fish was inedible, as it was rock hard, one half of the burger was hard and dried out, our fries were dumped upside down in the bag, and when we tried to call no one would answer the phone. Absolutely terrible. You should be ashamed of serving the mess we received.

I placed an order on the Checkers app and it said it would be ready by ~6:40. I went to the drive-thru to pick it up at ~6:50, and was told I needed to park and come to the window like I was a jerk for going to the drive-thru even though the app doesn't say how to pick it up and every other fast food app lets you pick up in the drive-thru.Then, I'm not exaggerating, it was a 30-minute wait. I understand it gets busy, I've worked fast food, but at least 3 people were working inside and only 2 other people were waiting for food. No apologizing for the wait or anything. And my food wasn't even made right.I'm sure it was just a busy bad night, but why treat me like I'm a jerk, and why not tell me that it'll be a long wait?

The night manager is really nasty, lucky I can't find the store number otherwise I'd write a complaint on Mishca. I don't understand how they could have someone so rude and disrespectful managing their establishment. I definitely will not be back

They took a $20 bill from me and charged my card for $13 for a $13 meal. I don’t know if they’re just confused or trying to scam me or what. That’s unacceptable, I’m contacting them to get my money back and their food is literally not even good anyways they messed up my whole

If you don't order through the automated system they make you go to the walk up window. They refuse to take your order through the drive thru. Told them I'm pregnant and still refused my order through the drive thru.

They use an AI system for the drive through and it screwed up my entire order. Not to mention the burger had like three shreds of lettuce, a tiny tomato, and a tiny whittle onion. We got three number 4s, all were made wrong. $32? Screw that never again ?♂️
