Food is never a problem at chick fil a but I had this time where I ordered mobile drive up on my break from work. It took them 45 minutes to give me my food because I walked inside asked where my order went? Apparently the mobile order disappeared after I asked the employees outside multiple times.

I just ordered a milkshake. They weren't very busy, and my order was taken quickly. Visit went downhill from there. The employee appeared to be having trouble working the shake machine, and it took her a while to make a couple shakes. She handed them to waiting customers, but didn't call my name. One customer came back with his shakes, stating she gave him the wrong ones. Turns out one of them was mine. She threw them out, and said she would make me another one. She never did, and walked off. After watching more shakes come out, I asked about mine. A different employee said he would take care of it, and I finally got my shake. A long, frustrating wait.
