I ordered a cone, but received it in a cup upside down with no spoon nor napkins. She apologized & that was all. I also had to walk to her cart to get my cone when I saw her delivering someone else's first. I thought my melting cone would be a priority, esp being right in front of her cart. Order #8244311.

I love this Chick Fil A! My family always eats at Chick Fil A when we’re on the road or stopping in town for a quick bite, but I love to go to the one in the mall specifically because of their convenient order online service and pick up in the parking lot. I also love this specific location because they support the community and the students in the community. Always a service with a smile!

normally stop here on our trips to Florida and go inside where grandkids can walk around the mall in airconditioning and mall plalyground while we have a pleasant lunch, better than hot florida rest stop. Today, no grandkids so did the app and they brought the food out to the parking lot for us and we kept on trucking. quick, accurate, hot and good food.

Stopped by on a road trip and it was hopping! Totally packed with customers, online and curbside orders. Even so, we got our food and it was hot and fresh, well prepared. It’s no wonder this place was packed. They run like a well oiled machine. It’s in a mall food court, so the atmosphere is mall food court. Can’t hold them accountable for that!

The food was very good as always, although they put the wrong cheese on my burger. They only have paper straws which are horrible to drink a milkshake with. Otherwise, it was a average experience.
