This place is always on point. The staff is so nice the establishment is always clean (thank God) and service is great. Food is always hot and how you order it. Keep it up

Food is great, no different from any other Chick-fil-A. Staff is super nice, the building is clean etc etc. There’s nothing majorly wrong with this Chick-fil-A besides the fact that the parking is HORRID. Getting to this Chick-fil-A is awful. If you are passing through Gainesville and looking for quick lunch, avoid this one. There are a couple designated spots for the restaurant by the hotel, but they are always full. Parking elsewhere nearly guarantees you a ticket unless you pay a crazy fee (which is ridiculous if you’re only spending 10 minutes in the Chick-fil-A to grab and go). The website incorrectly states that there is a drive thru- there is not one. This Chick-fil-A is great if you want to walk to it or pay a fee for parking. Otherwise, sadly, good luck. I’m a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but I just wish this one was more accessible!

If you want to enjoy chick fil a, don’t do it here. The parking is absolutely atrocious, there are designated chick fil a parking spots but almost everyone parked in those spots aren’t even going to chick fil a and it’s one giant cluster

Definitely a different experience at this Chick-fil-A than others in town. Received food to realize I was given the wrong order, which I understand it happens. I drive back over to the location to return the food and there was no apology for the inconvenience. Received my correct order which I was told has been made fresh. Once I got it, it was far from fresh, fries stale and sandwich looked thrown together in it's box. The college student population they primarily serve may be okay with that but this Chick-Fil-A has got to do better.

Dined in, ordered gluten free grilled club with the gluten free bun in a separate bag, the bun they gave wasn’t gluten free and I have a moderate allergy. Not doing well lol

Disgusting, inconvenient restroom policy forces you to use restroom code at the bottom of a receipt. God forbid people without homes use the bathroom, what ever will you do. So ridiculous for paying customers to have to do this as well, all so you can show your thinly veiled distaste for unhoused people having somewhere to pee while you blast Christian music over the speakers

I ordered food and they gave me the wrong order. I called and when I asked for assistance they told me oh well and that there was nothing they could do. Never going here again.

This Chick-fil-A is located at the bottom of an apartment complex. It’s not easily accessible by car. We ordered curbside and waited for several cars to move before a park was available. The spaces are tight and it’s hard to get in/out of the area. But the food is great and I’ve never had an issue with my order that wasn’t resolved. I usually walk here and likely won’t use curbside again.

Cleaner sweeper must be sadistic - constantly wandering around looking for 'a crumb' to sweep into her dustpan, banging and banging and banging and banging her broom against the pan - obviously, she lacks any regard for customers like me, attempting to eat and digest their order in some semblance of peace. I used to wash floors on my knees, I truly appreciate cleanliness but her way of doing her job needs revision.
