Consistent high-quality service and food typically provides for a good dining experience. This location was no exception. The service and food I received was up to the Chick-Fil-A standard and I was very pleased with my experience. I recommend this location to anyone and look forward to returning.

I stopped at Chick-Fil-A on my way home from a surgery at North Florida Regional hospital in Gainesville the customer service was very good the prices were excellent the food was excellent I will definitely go back to Chick-fil-A

I usually love Chick-fil-A and used to work there a few years back so i was very suprised when i walked up to the register the cast member was so unfriendly (can't tell you the name since she didn't have her name tag on) and i had to repeat my order 4 different times . When i did finally get my food i was suprised i didn't get any sauces in the bag like i had asked but since i was short on time i had to leave without . I ordered a cookie parfait , what i got wasn't that it was a fruit cup covered in cookies ... Even the tag that was stuck on the side of the bag said parfait not fruit cup and who puts cookies on a fruit cup?! Not sure i would visit this location again as im so dissatisfied and disappointed

Parking is tight and not the easiest to find but I just had what is quite possibly the best Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Bacon I have ever had. The chicken was hot and they got the 2X bacon right without me having to walk into the restaurant. Kudos to the staff for making my day!

Then garbage is overflowing! The tables are filthy--no one cleans anything!Homeless are living inside.My chicken was raw inside--not fully cooked.I complained to an employee Riley --he did not care --they have a 20 year old managing the place--he laughed when I told him the place was filthy.Roaches are running around the overflowing garbage.Go eat Chipotle just down the street.

By the time you get back to your parking space 2 blocks away and drive home with your takeout, it's morphed into some new state of matter. Recommend eating in and avoiding takeout at this location.

TLDR: this CFA location is aggressively average as the wait is long and the portion sizes are TINY. I travel a good bit and go to chick-fil-A's all over the south east US. I knew the moment they handed me the bag that I'd be disappointed. I get the chicken scramble as a breakfast treat. At this location they use AT MOST half the chicken and and half the eggs as you'll get at any other location. Two orders of the scramble MIGHT get you the equivalent of a single order elsewhere. A few different businesses renting out of The Standard have gone under, so I wouldn't be surprised if this chick-fil-a cuts corners to afford the rent. If it wasn't so convenient, I'd go to any other location in a heartbeat. Like most students, however, I'll be back the next time I'm hungry, going to/from class, and am okay with being extremely underwhelmed.
