Chicken Salad Chick

Came in to do a carry out order. Staff was friendly, and my sandwich was ready to go in a few minutes. The chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, & croissant was fresh. The cookie that came with it was tasty! Would definitely recommend coming here to eat.

Was there yesterday for lunch on Veterans Day. Food was great and the staff was wonderful even with it being busy!!! Food came out fast!!! Will definitely be back

I don’t recommend if you are African American! I stood in line for 5 minutes the cashier looked at me several times, acknowledged me standing behind other people in line, and when I got to the register, she said, I was in the incorrect line, (there was no other line) then took a Caucasian lady’s order, not mine…told me to stand in line on the other side of the store (no line by the way). I left the store, and will never return!

First time trying today and this is a very expensive chicken salad sandwhich. To be fair the taste was good but the dry bread and the lack of chicken salad was having me scratching my head if this is what everyone is coming here for I will have to pass.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. I highly recommend for those who have gluten intolerance. You'll have to ask if it is celiac safe. I love chicken salad and this is the best chicken salad I have ever had. I've tried three different ones and they were all good.

website says they close at 8. they were closed by 7 when both i and a couple other people were outside waiting for food. very unprofessional. either fix the website or be open til 8

Went to eat there 17 September 20024. Apparently small dogs are allowed in the restaurant. Customer brought a small dog with them and staff fawned over the dog. Food was ok. We ordered soup and did not receive crackers. Also did not received a cookie. Fruit bowl had stale fruit. This place has gone down hill the last few times.

Love chicken salad chick and come often but today I came at 7:40 and was told I can’t sit down to eat because they were closing in 20 minutes which is kinda crazy. When I got home and opened my food I found my sandwich cut so bad and sloppy. Not the best service today, little disappointed but will be back expecting better.

The food is a nice quick service healthy option. However, it can be frustrating to find at various times of day, early afternoon to a few hours before closing that one or multiple menu items are out with no second batch in the works.
