Nothing too memorable about this Chili’s but I always have a good time here. The waits lately have been much longer and I wish the staff did something to be a bit more accommodating about it. Other than that, no complaints! The staff is usually great and patient when it comes to handling so many customers in a college town. The food is always good quality, too! I give it a 4/5 because I feel as though they’re missing something to be of the best quality. I would try it if you’re in the area, and join their rewards program! Saves me some cash every time.

When we walked in it took a long time to get seated. The manager made a comment to us that he was interviewing new staff and he had been all day. He was on #9 of 11. That was a bit off-putting. Makes you wonder why they are so short staffed.
The bartender was our waiter and even though he had all 4 tables in the restaurant, he was still very attentive. Food was okay but it did take a while to come out even though there were very few people ordering.

Edit: talked to bartender to confirm why it says on the website 2 for 1 wells and margaritas and she replied rudely acknowledging "yes, but that was the other bartender doing it wrong, it's a resturant not a bar otherwise people would just come here to get drunk" . She was very rude, we order multiple food items, water other things than alcohol. She never once apologized , never one tried to be nice just snapped. My wife is a disabled veteran so we dont go out much but this was one of our go tos. The trainer bartender and our last lady even confirmed it's during happy hour, all day every day 2 for 1s wells ect..
We always have issues at this location, last time we waited an hour and 20 minuets for out first waters and drinks at sit down, to be told the bartender "threw out our order" because she thought the server in the bar made them. They forgot all the garnishes for my mex bowl, sauces for the appetizers ect... now our last visit and our last visit ever, they miss advertised on their website because they say bogo wells or margaritas apparently not here. they no longer can toss the mozzarella sticks in sauce because it makes them soggy? We got the sauces on the side but the menu shows them tossed?? In Nashville or chipotle honey...? He gave us chips and dip but charged us and said you wont be charged if you give us your info for rewards, we did but, let us know before you offer and set chips and dip on the table and charge us.. we didn't even order entrees past the appetizers, this time knowing how the service started it would be the same as last the entrees, come wrong and without the proper garnishes or sides and waiting and hour.
We kept giving chances but I am done. It's a bad experience every time. It's been a very poor bartender twice now, service and food is usually OK.

I had a great experience the other day. I went and got the triple dipper and I had Jordan serving me. He did a great job he knew a lot about the menu and was really cool. Also the guy up front flavio was pretty cool. Both of them and some football on the tv good food in my belly! I had a really great time there

Abysmal. Sooooo slow. They're short staffed. The restaurant is half empty, yet there's 20 parties waiting for a table. At least a 45 minute wait.
The staff that are here aren't working very hard. Three of them standing at the hostess station doing nothing. Others doing random floor sweeping while guests retrieve their own take out boxes.
This is not a new thing for this location. I'll never come back again. And that's bad since Chili's has been one of my favorite places for many years.
Food was subpar, fries were old, cold, and nasty. Crispy Chicken was blah. Server only came back one time after our salads were given to us. Then she dropped off our sandwiches and never came back.

To start with it was a half an hour wait to be seated, and only 2/3rds of the tables were occupied. Then we were seated where all the small children were. Our waitress took our order without a problem. Our food took 30 mins to get to the table. Our mozzarella sticks were brought out after our entrée and they were burnt. My girlfriends burger was slapped together so badly the meat was half off of the bun and touching the plate. I ordered the brisket quesadilla and they used a 10" tortilla, not worth the $15 they were charging for that. So we declined all food and left. We went to BJ'S and had an amazing experience food was perfect and cheaper than chilies. I'll never eat at chilies again due to poor quality with high prices and extra long wait time for no good reason

By far, the worst Chili's I've been to. The table that was behind my party of 2, were sat after we ordered our food, received their food before we did! We received no silverware, no napkins, was not offered refills with our drinks, and no updates on our food! No manager walking around either. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Don't waste your time with this location.
