Friends wanted to meet here. Food and service were mediocre. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Just not a fan of this location. Always underwhelms. There are a hundred other restaurants within a mile of this one- I’d suggest trying one of those.

i became a chiliaholic for the month of november due to the wicked margs (i wish corporate would keep these forever) but i’m specifically writing this review to give a major shout out to our server tyrus. TYRUS, never let this world change you, your warm energy and attentive spirit made my experience at chili’s that much more enjoyable and comfortable, you deserve the world. oh, veggie santa fe burger was also delectable, 10/10, zero complaints, just flavor.

Server made it seem like it was an inconvience to ask for anything or to be helped period , including a NA wicked marg. Make NA wicked margs more inclusive and available , what’s the issue.

Let me first say I have always loved Chili’s! But last night took the cake! First we sat at the bar got our drinks ordered our food and then we waited! Watch others who came in after us get their food. But what really got us is the 2 girls who came in 3 minutes after we ordered. They were given what we believed was our food as they said the order was wrong so the bartender took it back never asked about our food. After about 10 minutes the girls got their 2 smashed burgers and we still hadn’t received ours. We were waiting an hour for our food we just told him we wanted the check for our drinks. He brought the manager over all he said was he was sorry and they were making our food never ordered anything in return for this whole situation we waited for over an hour. So no we weren’t going to wait another 20 minutes on food when we were overlooked for an hour! We won’t be back to this Chili’s!

Unbelievably salty Nashville hot chicken. By far the most salt ive seen presented to me on an entree at a restaurant. I went home and rinsed off the thick bark of salt crusting the chicken and it was still unpalatably salty. Eating just one third of my entree gave me a headache from the sheer amount of salt and the meal cost me 25$ with tip.

The food was the best I've had in a very long time my burger was wonderful in the fries even tasted great even cold but I didn't get them cold but they were good cold just the service in that place not even a server would speak to you

Eventhough the faith has been lost by so many for a great many things, Chili's is one of the few things that I truly have faith in. The staff and service is still unwavering. It is a blessing to see a friendly face wanting to give you service above and beyond the call of duty. The menu is diverse and always has what you crave. The food is always fresh and hot. Even the management comes by greet you and ask how everything is. The prices are very competitive. I will keep coming back no matter what. Thank you to all the staff and management at Chili's.

Hi, I’d like to report a very upsetting incident involving an employee named Gary. He made an extremely offensive and racist remark about my toddler, referring to my child as “it” when we tried to sit near my sister’s party. My toddler was in a booster seat, and Gary came over saying, “It can’t sit in the booster seat at this table so it doesn’t fall.” No one on site was able to provide Cooperate’s number, so I’m reaching out here to report this behavior.
