Our server was top of the line. She kept our glasses of sodas filled, nachos refilled also. We celebrated our friend's birthday, the servers came together and sang to her and presented her with a dessert. Very good ambience. My rice and meat was scorched so bad, I did mention it to my waiter nothing different happened I either ate it or left it I did eat the nachos And salsa but I decided to leave it and still paid my bill of $26.00. This was during lunch my daughter took her family during the evening and she and her family says theirs were excellent. I guess I'll go during the evening hours. I'm disabled and I try to eat lunch out at least once a week, I was very dissatisfied.

This is the best Chilis in North Texas. The food is always so fresh and delicious and the service is outstanding. We just moved to Gainesville a few months ago and we are so happy to have an awesome Chilis here as our go-to for eating out. Kudos to the staff and management for the great service, cleanliness and amazing food! ??

I took my little sisters and friends here on a Saturday night! We had Hannah as a server and she rocked. I've worked as a server for years now, and let me say she is such an amazing server. She was super patient with us, answered all our questions, and was above all personable and sweet!!! Go Hannah!!! Chili's management please note you have a rockstar in your midst. We will be back and we will ask for her everytime!! (Also thanks for taking the picture for us girl!!)
Compared to the Chili's I visited in Jacksonville FL on 2march24 ,it was absolutely DISGUSTING, THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE. The food portions (compared) to the Chili's in Jacksonville FL were vastly smaller. The preparation of my order looks like it was just tossed into a container and slid down a chute. For the price that I paid for this order was shameful for what I received.NEVER AGAIN ?️Parking: Parking is available.

Ordered drinks, came out and then the bartender never returned to our table to take food order. He came out to wait on two other tables next to us multiple times, so was not an issue of not getting out from the bar. Two other servers showed up, but they also had no interest in serving us. Finally flagged down one to take our order after 30 mins. No one ever asked us if we needed anything as we sat there with empty glasses. Had to ask a snippy server to get me a glass of water. Too many other places to accept this level of service.

Food was dry and over salted.. Felt like either people that go out on a Tuesday aren't important bc the food seemed to have been made without any care or some of it had just been sitting around all day ... We don't get out much so this was extremely underwhelming and disappointing.

I ordered delivery and the Oldtimer burger was not quite as warm as I would have liked. Tasted good but had a fair amount of pink in the meat (ground beef is a different story than steak) but still very tasty.
