Chipotle Mexican Grill

This whole place is trashed up. All trash cans have trash piled up through the roof, this includes bathroom trash and trash bins outside/inside. Every table has food and trash on it. The food serving area has food mixed all over the place. There's trash and food on the floor. This place is clearly poorly run and disgusting. I won't be coming back here. I reached out to Chipotle and they would only offer a free drink instead of a refund or meal voucher.

Rude customer service but management doesn't care.

Food is good but they are usually out of chicken or steak or something. It's very annoying and you'd think they could adapt and make more food ahead of time

The fact that you CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANY EMPLOYEE at the store over the phone is absurd. So if you order uber or online just know you can’t reach anyone about any issues or changes to your order & it’s terrible that company’s think this is a good thing for their businesses.

Unfortunately the service completely ruined my experience at this Chipotle. Staff seem miserable and the woman at the cashier was rude. She barely communicated with me, got annoyed when I wasn’t following what she was saying and made the entire checkout experience and uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the food was great, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff would put me off from ever going back.

This chipotle is Buns they’re always out of everything, the employees are mad rude. I only go here cause it’s close to the crib. Thumbs down 👎

nothing bad to say about the food but i just had the weirdest experience ever. idk if the entire staff decided to do some psychedelics before the shift but nobody had any idea what was going on or had any care for how long the line was getting. everyone was just worried about restocking everything even things that were basically full instead of completing the orders, there were 4 or 5 workers with one on break after completing half of an order and another doing the entire line of orders in such an odd order just confusing himself and everyone else. while another girl just talked and laughed and made jokes while slopping everything around making a mess totally disregarding the customers. dude infront of me just needed his sour cream for his order that he already paid for (sour cream included) and he insisted he had to complete the other customers orders first since “he is just one person”, even tho the other lady already made the sure cream he just couldn’t gather himself to hand it over until he finished bagging our orders because again “he is one person” When everyone started questioning what was going on they became very abrasive and were still disregarding getting the job done. super weird and overstimulating experience for basically everyone involved

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle I have been to. They are either out of chicken or steak or it's just super dirty. Portions are sometimes normal and sometimes super small.

Wish I could put 0 stars. The service is actually horrible the guy with a short beard and basically bald was the rudest person ever. Gave me less than a scoop of guac. Then he puts tomato’s on my meal when I didn’t ask and grabs it with his hands to take it out. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible, as a student I think I speak for me and all my peers when I say this chipotle is rude, gives no food, and when I try to ask for more they always in the most disrespectful way say “ok it’s going to be double” I feel embarrassed by everyone in there by the way they treat me I should be happy leaving. Please do something.

Don't go here. Waited 30 minutes for a chicken bowl. Over 30 people in line. Didn't have brown rice or any proteins. Didn't have cheese or any other basics for a bowl. Took the team lead/manager 15 minutes to even realize there was a line of people out the door. Again, wait 30 minutes and can't even get a bowl with what you want but still pay full price.
