Horrible service. They said they were out of chips so I purchased my bowl anyway, then saw they actually had chips in the online pickup area. I had to order chips and guac for pickup stand there and the guy who said they had none literally fulfilled my order.

Pathetic customer service. I ordered a sofrita bowl, and the server did not add sofrita to my bowl. When I complained about missing sofrita, the server behaved very rudely and completely ignored me. I have never seen such behavior and attitude. Very disappointing.

A good chipotle.

This place is so desperately bad. They are so slow both in store and for mobile orders. After waiting a billion years, you get a sad bowl that is half empty. Also they are always out of everything, so once you wait 10 years, they end up having nothing anyway. Save your money and go to the archer location!!

Got out of an exam and placed a mobile order and had my friend pick it up. There was four ingredients in the bowl and I didn’t even ask for 2 of the four. Veggie bowl with no veggies😋 would’ve been better off eating an uncrustable tbh

Unclean store, rude staff, and to boot, they don't even wrap the burritos, but have time to argue with some customer before me about their sauce. I didn't expect 5 star from a chipotle, but this one sucks.

horrible experience, they gave me my bowl half empty and were out of pretty much every topping and they never have vinaigrette, didn’t even have ice, plus the staff was incredibly rude. don’t come to this chipotle

I've been here plenty of times and have had some mixed experiences. On some visits, the food is fresh, the service is friendly, and everything falls into place. On other visits, the food is stale and sad, the wait times are insane, and items are out of stock and it's disappointing. The inconsistently of this location warrants me to take off a star. It's still decent food and up to the Chipotle standard most of the time, but there are times where it falters.

This is by FAR the worst chipotle ever. Whoever is working there (date: 11/24/2024 time: 1:20pm) This dude looks lost while working take out. I ordered online extra rice corn and cheese, normal veggies and normal lettuce also green chili salsa. i didnt get extra ANYTHING and only got 7 strands of lettuce and no salsa. bowl couldnt even fill up a bird. I asked for vinaigrette and its like a deer looking at headlights. DO BETTER! im just so disappointed to what chipotle is now. get rid of that guy honestly
