I've been here plenty of times and have had some mixed experiences. On some visits, the food is fresh, the service is friendly, and everything falls into place. On other visits, the food is stale and sad, the wait times are insane, and items are out of stock and it's disappointing. The inconsistently of this location warrants me to take off a star. It's still decent food and up to the Chipotle standard most of the time, but there are times where it falters.

Eh, always feel rushed and portions are not enough for standard Chipotle.
Unless you make the mistake of asking for sour cream, then they fill half the bowl ?
I asked for 2 bowls one time. One half salad half rice, the other just rice. They gave the same one scoop. I felt so disappointed with the rice bowl but I was hurried along.
Be assertive and say "wait" if you see something wrong. Don't be like me

Haven't been to a chipotle in a long time due to my last couple experiences not being good (other locations). Went to this one just now and had a wonderful experience! The gentleman and lovely woman who helped me gave 5star service and my food is so yummy! They deserve a raise and I'll be coming back to this location again. Thanks guys for changing my opinion of chipotle :)
