Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is a disaster. They are always out of something and it is typically a main item. Tonight it was rice. I continue to go here because I love chipotle but this store really needs to get it together when it comes to prep. They are never ready for an influx of customers and the staff always seems frantic and overwhelmed.

We visited on Sunday around 3pm. They ran out of chicken and steak and the line basically had to stop because that’s what the customers wanted. We waited about 10 min and chicken finally arrived. Then the female employee with the glasses and buns on either side of her hat was EXTREMELY rude and rushed my husband and I. She kept saying “what next” and talking over me and rushing me in a disrespectful tone of voice. No one was wearing name badges so I don’t know her name. Everything in my bowl that should’ve been hot was cold except the chicken. Very concerning.

Don't come after 5. They are out of a lot of items. Tables are dirty. Service is slow. This is almost every day.

Horrible. The second time I’ve been here in 2 weeks. This time I had to walk out in the middle of the order. Trash can over flowing in the kitchen. All condiments almost completely empty. No tortillas , no chips, green tomatillo sauce was dark brown. Filth strewn all over dining room. Last week was almost as bad. Never again

Ariel is amazing, she did our orders like a chef. She did it with LOVE. Her attention to detail yea it’s just a bowl and tacos but you can tell when someone cares and is going above and beyond.

Good food, decent price

You know, Chipotle is good. The food is good, the service is typically good, portions are good, etc., etc.

My biggest gripe with Chipotle is the price. I ordered two burritos and it worked out to 40 dollars. That, quite frankly, is ridiculous for what I got. Really, everything is great except the pricing.

I'm not sure how we got to this place where someone can you look you in the eye and tell you those prices are reasonable because it's the norm and everybody's doing it....but here we are.

Chipotle would have gotten five stars out of me but for their prices.

Worst Chipotle I've been to. They're out of key things about half the time. At 4:30pm today, there was no chicken, black bean, or fajitas. I've gone other times and they're out of like half the ingredients. And it'll take 30 minutes to an hour to get more.
I actually drive further away to go to other Chipotles cus I just expect them to be out of things.
Something is wrong with their management.

I get so tired of people just being lazy…it’s food!!! Nice man at counter told us 10min for steak…ok…no problem we will wait…but I guess cause it’s 8pm sir on the grill didn’t want make the steak and told the man to tell us afterwards it’s goin to be 30min…soooooo when did it start taking 30min for steak…we definitely went else were…every person that walks out the door is another $1 a company lost….

The food good and they make it right, but if you got an online order expect to be playing which is which with containers, because 1 of them didnt have a lid clarifying what was in it and the other 2 lids were on the wrong ones. And we have a sick person in our house, so way to go guys 👍

It's Chipotle it's never bad and the employees are working so hard. They don't get paid enough!

The one star for service is only because of the nice lady who checked me out. Besides that the 2 women making the orders on the line were incredibly rude with nasty looks and never even acknowledged me, just sat there until I finally said something. Made remarks about what I was ordering and scoffed at half of what I said like I was inconveniencing them. Asked for light sour cream on one of my orders and she happily did a full scoop. As someone who has served tables for going on 9 years I am very experienced in customer service and this was just completely unnecessary and inexcusable behavior. Let’s be kind and just have decency towards others!
