The place was beyond vile. There was a sign in the window 'card only no cash' and again on the filthy splash guard. I ordered a salad and went to pay and asked for salad dressing and they said they had none. I said I no longer wanted my meal without salad dressing and one employee laughed at me when I said they should also post that they have no salad dressing for their salads before people order...shut the place down for filth and nasty employees and restart from scratch. I eat out at literally two fast food chains and so went to another Chipolte in Gainesville and could not stomach going in there and so went to 'Relish' in the same plaza and will never eat at a Chipolte again, since Relish was STELLAR and I never need another stomach churning, employee cackling at me disgusting experience at a Chipolte, ever again.
My queso and guacamole which are PAID for additions were missing from 2 of my dishes. I even used a promo code for one of those guacamoles… wasted. Additionally, rice and fajita vegetables were missing from all 4 dishes ordered. My order was also 15 minutes late from the listed pickup time. Not a good visit.

“Online orders only” while they’re open. This is terrible! Fix it chipotle
They need to just close earlier than 11…by 8pm or 9pm they are OUT of everything…
This chipotle is one of the worst I’ve been too! Always out of everything over 4 hours before they close! Messy tables, full trash cans, out of border soda machines, no forks, no napkins! Avoid this chipotle at all costs!

Literally the third straight time that I've ordered and the rice was extremely undercooked and crunchy. The chicken is very dried out and stringy as well.

Just order in person, anytime I’ve tried to mobile order I’ve had a very bad experience. The people who work the mobile order are not helpful and ignore you when you’re standing right there. After being ignored, I realized my bag was sitting on their work station the whole time. I grabbed it and then they got frustrated despite not doing anything to assist me prior. Lately there’s been a lot of shortages too. Hit or miss

They accidentally gave my online order to someone else and didn’t offer to give a refund or remake my food. Despite the situation being entirely their fault, every employee and the manager were condescending like it was somehow my fault. Had to go online and get a refund through corporate. Don’t eat here.

Ok, so tables were all dirty, it was busy so we understood. Line went quick enough. The kid serving the rice and meats was very inept and continued to roll his eyes because it was loud in there, and we couldn't hear him. It was my turn, and I asked if there was plain rice (cilantro tastes like soap). He just kept asking what I wanted as he shoveled the cilantro rice in my bowl. I told him I couldn't eat that, and he dumped it back in the container and exclaimed "well what do you want me to do?" I asked for a manager, and he pointed down the line where a very scared looking young lady looked at me like a dear in headlights. I did raise my voice a bit and asked what could be done about attitudes. She just shook her head, and I asked the kid if he could serve me without rice. Another eye roll as he slammed my food into the bowl and shoved it towards the girl doing the toppings. The manager still remained quiet. I would have left, but it was spirit night for a high school we know people in. In summary, the staff are very young, inexperienced, and clearly have no direction. We did not expect or ask for anything outside their job requirements. I have received plain rice more than once. I also, next time, will just walk away. Customer service is huge in my book.

Don't come here they were out of half there meats there pico green sauce and honey vinaigrette I asked for double meat and the dude did not put enough meat on my burrito I pay 20$ for a burrito I want to expect a lot of protein on it this chipotle sucks don't come here go somewhere else
