I always order from this Chipotle but I’ll have to stop. This is the second time in two weeks I have been badly shorted. This is NOT extra rice or extra cheese like ordered on the app, even after tipping! I have emailed corporate pictures twice and they’ve done nothing. I’m not spending $15 on a bowl to be shorted this badly.

I went to this chipotle this evening and they were out of most ingredients. They were out of fajita veggies, chips, mild and hot salsa, lettuce, sour cream, and corn. The bowl I ended up getting had a fraction of the toppings I normally get, and ended up being a very skimpy amount because of that. I didn't even go in late, and they weren't that busy. Overall, would recommend this chipotle, unless you just want rice and protein.

First off the staff seemed in hurry with my order and I was only one in line. didn't get much but Queso and burrito and BOTH were a disappointment, especially the Queso!!! That queso had no flavor and everyone told me this was the BEST Chipotle in Gainesville and if it is, I feel robbed cuz that was the worst $21 I've spend on food sorry not sorry

This location is now the worst it’s ever been. Quality is terrible, service is somehow even worse than the food, and portions are wildly inconsistent. Food on the steam tables is always cold or lukewarm, and the line is always filthy despite a plethora of employees standing around actively finding ways to avoid working or cleaning.

This is the best Chipotle in town, not perfect but passable. Employees are usually nice, food is usually good, sometimes not perfect but passable. Every other Chipotle in town is a dumpster fire but this one is good.
Ordered with my husband, wasn’t feeling super hungry so I just wanted to order a kids meal. I ordered guacamole, crunchy tortillas, rice, fajita veggies, a side of corn salsa and apple juice. They left out the veggies, corn salsa, and apple juice, gave me soft tortillas, and didn’t even double the rice for the lack of veggies. Just left an empty space. My husband’s bowl is fine. What the actual hell?

My wife and I went the chipotle on NW13th and 23rd in Gainesville, Fl last night. We have been to plenty of chipotles across the country and this, hands down, was the best tasting food of all of them. Zay was the chef on duty and we will consistently come when he is on the schedule. The mgr, Dylan, was very friendly and efficient, as this seems to be a high traffic store, but we had our food hot and fresh within 4 mins. I can’t say enough about the staff and the quality of customer service at this location. 5/5 we will eat here every week because of this experience!!

Rice was hard. Not really that clean, when a container of sour cream was used up i watched the girl get another container and pour it in a used one instead of changing the whole container of sour cream! Adding to the bactiera from the used container! However the atmosphere is great!!

Whoever was working the 13th Street location and seasoning the rice/meat on 2/12/24 at 6:30 pm needs a raise!! This is the best chipotle my family has had in a long time and we eat there frequently. Can I get his schedule the next few weeks please? Flavors are sometimes off but this bowl was so good I had to come leave a review. (Tried to call too!)
