If you have not tried Chuy's, run there now! Such a cute eclectic vibe with lots of bright colors and comfy booths. Yuri our server was spectacular. They make all their sauces from scratch and offered to bring a sample of them to try. The boom boom and Tex-Mex were our favorites. Their queso is really flavorful and we loved the airy tortilla chips. The salsa can have some heat but we liked it way better than the bland salsa you get at some places. We each ordered a meal and wish we brought a bigger appetite. We each ate about half. The chicka chicka boom boom enchiladas were outstanding. And the chicken flautas actually had moist chicken and flavor. The manager visted the table and found out it was our first time. She treated us to their Tres Leches and all I can say is WOW! That is now my new favorite dessert. Overall a great lunch and definitely will be back.

SOME OF THE BEST CHIPS AND SALSA AROUND!!!! The chips are thin and crispy and the salsa always has a kick. I always get the Pancho's with chicken and they never disappoint. That is like 3 meals for me. I get extra pickled jalapeños and I am dancing in my seat. I love their Iced Tea as well, it is never too strong or weak. The father is a very picky eater and he loves Chuy's. We never have to wait that long to be seated either in the bar area, main area or on the patio is the weather is nice. There is plenty of parking. They make fresh tortillas on site everyday and the price is reasonably priced. Servers are always pleasant and the atmosphere is kitchy but clean and spacious. They have plenty of room for large parties too. They make a pretty good Margarita too.

Anything covered with creamy jalapeno sauce is good. I mean you can basically drink it. Make sure to get the Creamy Jalapeno you can't go wrong.

Queso was good, service was great! Salsa isn't salsa, it's pico. Fajitas were bland, and the tortillas, while they may be made fresh, just taste like raw flour. Not worth coming back in my opinion. The three starts are just for the service and queso at this point. 😆

Cute atmosphere, a lot to look at. Went in with a larger group and the restaurant was very busy but the hosts got us sat pretty quickly to my surprise. The creamy Jalapeño is addicting, had to take some to go. I got steak Fajitas which were also fantastic. Our server was named Kat, she was very fast with what we needed and was very friendly, very helpful with finding my husband gluten-free options.
