If you have not tried Chuy's, run there now! Such a cute eclectic vibe with lots of bright colors and comfy booths. Yuri our server was spectacular. They make all their sauces from scratch and offered to bring a sample of them to try. The boom boom and Tex-Mex were our favorites. SOME OF THE BEST CHIPS AND SALSA AROUND!!!! The chips are thin and crispy and the salsa always has a kick. I always get the Pancho's with chicken and they never disappoint. That is like 3 meals for me. I get extra pickled jalapeños and I am dancing in my seat. I love their Iced Tea as well, it is never too strong or weak. Queso was good, service was great! Salsa isn't salsa, it's pico. Fajitas were bland, and the tortillas, while they may be made fresh, just taste like raw flour. Not worth coming back in my opinion. The three starts are just for the service and queso at this point. 😆
